Large country house in the heart of Tuscany
On the ground floor: kitchen/living room/dining room in one piece. Large library, board games, outdoor facing south or due north. 1 bathroom. 2 separate toilets.
Upstairs: 4 large bedrooms.
Outdoors either due south or due north. Cool house in summer.
It is an ideal haven of peace to decompress from daily stress. Bird songs, ponies around the outdoor area due south, a few croaks of frogs. You will be surrounded by greenery and nature. All amenities 5 km away. Horse riding on site.
15 minutes away: Aquaval, Quad, Golf.Horse riding on site.
30 minutes away: St Ferreol Lake, Black Mountain, Sidobre, Castres .
45 minutes away: Toulouse/Albi/Carcassonne.
2h30 Mediterranean Sea and Pyrenees.
Possibility of stay with horseback riding for all levels, quote on request.

Board games to get together with family or friends.
