Situated approximately 300 m from the communal swimming pool, this fully renovated semi-detached farmhouse offers on 2 levels a lounge - dining room opening onto the terrace with sea views, an open-plan kitchen with pantry; 2 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and fans, a shower room, separate toilet with window.
Numbered free parking space. Access to the farmhouse down ten or so steps. Free wi-fi included.
Closed and secured domain on 40ha with a collective pool from june to september (10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit; free for children under 7 years old), 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 € then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access.
Rental house hold linen in option : 20 € double bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.
The farmhouse is located 650 m from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Pampelonne 20mn away.
