Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location of the property could not have been better. Conveniently located in between lots of things and the view from the balcony was amazing. The Cleaning crew needs to be retrained.

Nice Location and Beautiful View

Our family enjoyed our stay. There were a few cleaning and key pad entry issues when we first arrived but they were addressed and the rental agency was responsive when contacted.

Dirty

When we first arrived there was some nasty stinking stuff all through one side of the sink. The garbage disposal doesn't work and it was like something got backed up but they just left it. It was HORRID. We cleaned it. Then opened the oven and it was so nasty we didn't use it the whole stay. The garbage cans in the bedroom had trash in it upon arrival. And dirty sheets (and a key to a unit on the 2nd floor) sat outside our door for the entire week. We let them know, and they offered to come clean it. We had taken trash out and cleaned sink so opted to not have them in the unit with all of our stuff there. Plus, they had JUST cleaned it so there was no excuse for it. Overall wouldn't recommend.
