Cozy 2 bedroom first floor unit in the downtown area for a family or group of 8. Located 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Steps away from the pool and sunsets!

Beautiful front porch with glider and outdoor seating. Bistro table to enjoy the fresh early morning and evening air.

Each room has a smart TV with xfinity including HBO to allow everyone to stream/watch their favorite shows.

Master bedroom - Queen size bed

2nd bedroom - Pyramid bunk bed twin over full

Large bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Loveseat Sleeper.

The unit was very clean,it had everything you needed to make it feel like home away from home. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The owner checked in during the stay to confirm all was well. The fact that it was pet friendly was what sold us on staying along with a pool steps away from the unit.

Excellent Getaway

My boys and I stayed here recently and we really enjoyed our visit. The house is lovely, the people are friendly, it is located close to a park which was extra nice, and couldn’t say enough about the property owners. Mike responded super quick and was very helpful. Our second year staying here and we had a great time. The house is in a great location- beach, boardwalk, parks, stores- all within a few blocks. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Property is just as described and was actually a littlebigger than we thought it would be. Its in a great location, close to boardwalk, beach, bay, stores, and restaurants. It was also great having the pool available to us. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

House is great! Short two block walk to beach/boardwalk, one block to bay and playground right there. Very convenient location. Place was clean, stocked with dishes and pans, washer dryer. Access to pool was great too. Highly recommend and owner is very responsive with any questions

This was a great location for familes with children and/or a dog! It was a very easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The park was super close and very nice for the kids to play while the dog got to walk. It was fairly quiet especially compared to staying right on the boardwalk. The unit itself was very nice. It was clean and had everything you needed to cook rather than eating every meal out. The outdoor spaces were nice and semi private enough to hang wet towels or leave sand toys and beach things outside. We were not expecting the pool to be saltwater rather than chlorine but it wasn't a big deal. I would say the only downfall was the parking. There is 1 off street parking spot included but we had vehicles and on street parking is messy but that's just life there. The hosts were fantastic. Always available to answer questions and quick to respond! We would definitely stay again!

I couldn’t have been happier with the place, perfect location, easy parking, easy walk to the boardwalk. It was my husband, myself and our 4 kids and it was plenty of space. Great place to rent in a great location, would definitely be booking again!

Property manager is excellent at getting back to you , excellent location , beautiful place besides the cleaners they had did a horrible job with getting it cleaned before my stay but the property manager was amazing at resolving the issue

Great Experience

Wonderful location, 1 block from bay, 2 blocks from beach. Convenience store around the corner which is very...convenient. The unit is cute and clean. Mike and Michele were excellent hosts. They were responsive and it's obvious they want their guests enjoy their stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place for family

This was a great place to stay for our four person family. It’s close to the beach and only steps away from an amazing playground. Our only struggle was the small size of the bedrooms. We struggled to fit a pack-n-play in the bedroom. However, this wasn’t a huge problem. We just had to slide a dresser over to make it fit, no big deal. We would totally stay again.

Great condo, location and experience!

We loved our stay here. The condo was in immaculate condition and we could smell how clean it was the moment we stepped through the front door. As another reviewer had stated, it is larger in person than the pictures show. Mike and Michele were amazing! We had an issue with one of the appliances breaking down unexpectedly and they went out of their way to resolve it immediately and efficiently. We were already familiar with the location, but it was perfect, right in the middle of everything that we needed. We could not have been happier with this place or with Mike and Michele!!!

We get this unit every year! Im so glad i found this. Everything just gets better every year.From having Everything in the kitchen you could need, to linens..towels, laundry stuff. Everything is here! Talking to the owners is outstanding..Everything is really easy.Not to mention its the perfect location. Safe, quiet area. Neighbors are really great too.I cant say enough about it.I honestly can't wait for next year.

We had the most AMAZING time staying at this beach rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a perfect beachy vibe.The location was ideal, just steps away from the a park or a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The outdoor space was also a huge plus, with a spacious porch and pool steps away.
