Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

Great location

My family and I had a great time, it was myself, my husband, my adult son and daughter and 2 teenage grandchildren. The property was very comfortable for us, very clean, and quick to unpack and get settled into. The living room and dining room were large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Phil is an excellent host, he was so easy to communicate with, and answered any question I had. We loved everything! Hope to go back again next year!

I really recommend renting this condo. It was clean, big enough for 6 ppl. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Area is safe for family. Kitchen had all the necessary pots n pans.

Oceanfront Gem

Our 2nd stay here for girlfriends weekend. On the boardwalk, perfect location, the big balcony facing the ocean is great for enjoying the morning sun, or evening drinks. Perfect beach front condo

We stayed off season and it was perfect. The view was amazing. Don’t forget you need to bring bath mats and hand towels in addition to bath towels and sheets. I highly recommend staying with Phil. He’s an excellent host.

Awesome location

This place is perfect for just relaxing and viewing the ocean. It also has convenient access to the beach. It is right on the boardwalk, but no need to leave the condo to enjoy a spectacular view. It's all available right from the balcony, or from inside the condo which has full length windows. Great host and always very helpful. This is a favorite of our family.

Great condo

First, if anyone needs to know, the height of the parking garage is 6ft, 4in. There appeared to be only one loading cart which may be a concern if the building is occupied. The condo was very clean and has lots of space to relax. Both the king and queen size beds were comfortable. Wonderful location, walkability to most everything you’d want or need. The communication with Phil was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay next time at ocean city. Location was great. For 4th of July week it was pretty quiet. The only hiccup was we were late leaving town and got there 2 hours after check in time and the cleaning crew was still cleaning. They said the original crew had an emergency and they had to come in and clean. But it all worked out and it was very clean!

Nose to the sun!

It was my mother’s 87th birthday- and she LOVES the beach. But she can no longer get in the beach due to her limited mobility. She loved sitting on the patio each morning watching the boardwalk and listening and watching the waves crest. She shared stories and smiled and relaxed. Perfect location for us… and most importantly, for her.

Relaxing, Refreshing... Just what we needed

We are not big "play in the sand" type people. We are, however, very much into sitting by the ocean and relaxing with the view and sound of the ocean. This property is perfect for that. There is great access to the beach, but if you want to just sit on the balcony and relax, there is nothing obstructing the view and the sound of the ocean is prominent. The weather was nice enough we were able to leave the door open and just close the screens so the crashing waves was our "sound machine" throughout the night. Once again, we were able to see some dolphins running the coast. Thanks Phil for a great place to stay.

Location, Location, Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency 7. It comfortably accommodated our group of 5 - 7. Check-in/check-out was easy. The 2nd floor condo is located on the quieter end of the boardwalk. The best feature is the spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining/living room & master bedroom! Parking for one vehicle is reserved underneath the building. We could pull into the center of the parking garage to unload, but our Toyota Sequoia was too high for the actual parking space. There's additional parking outside the building and along the street on a first come basis. The building has a small elevator and a cart which made moving in quick and easy. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. We found the beds to be comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets & pillows. Nice sized bathrooms. FYI...vrbo pictures are not up-to-date for sofas or balcony furniture. On the surface condo looked clean but it needs a deep cleaning. Carpet has some staining and is showing its age. Noticeable dust/dirt along carpet edges, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. Living room furniture showing some wear, too. I professionally cleaned homes & offices so I may just notice these things more than others. Phil is a top-notch owner and was quick to answer any questions and even stopped in to make a small repair on the dryer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Phil.

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation in ten years, we have added a spouse to both me and my brother plus I have a six month old. It was one of the best vacations we have had. the location was great, right on the boardwalk so we never had to drive anywhere it was all walking distance. The house was clean and was exactly how it was portrayed online. I would highly recommend this condo and even stay there again. Phil the host was great. super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Overall a spectacular experience!
