Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 7th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 3 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom dual sinks large stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 queen beds with large storage drawers located at foot of bed along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have a 42 inch LED TV with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children glass doors and dual sinks. Both bathrooms are tile from floor to ceiling.Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 2 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch plasma TV with cable. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club.

The condo is clean, modern, well-appointed and comfortable, with exactly the ocean view that we wanted. The beach being a few steps away was perfect for the 5-year-old and anyone who wanted to run back upstairs.

Great view of ocean. Weather was bad first 2 days, but it was good the rest of the week. Only thing it would be nice to have hooks or towel racks on the bathrooms. The shower head in master bath you could not adjust the spray volume, very hard not good if you have sunburn. It was a great time.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful condo. The view of the beach is incredible. The kids really enjoyed being out on the balcony,and feeling the breeze, while listening to the waves. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Fantastic Beachfront Property – Perfect for a Girls’ Getaway!

This was our fourth year renting this property, The location is perfect—right on the beach, with a wonderful ocean view and relaxing sound of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is always very clean and well-maintained,The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient. We also love the comfortable recliners and the ability to stream movies,We did have one minor issue with the water, but the property owner was extremely responsive and helped us resolve it quickly—great communication all around.Overall, this is the perfect spot for a beach getaway, and we’ll definitely be back again next year! Highly recommend!

Oceans calling

Came for oceans calling music festival. Condo was as described, beds were comfortable. Note to future guests if you think it might be there, it’s not. Pretty bare bones (bring your own linens and towels, TP & paper towels) Kitchen appliances and utensils were sufficient for the little bit of cooking we did. The balcony view of the ocean was what made this place 5star. We would book again.

Property was perfect and owner responded in timely manner. The only problem i had is that owner only have parking for one car during the summer so if your planning to stay here please try get parking elsewhere. It’s not mention when booking and only after booking you will receive the email. I have stayed at better property with more parking space before.

Overall great property

The property was very clean and in a great location. The balcony view was terrific and was only steps to the beach. We had a little bit of trouble checking in as the code we were given didn’t unlock the door and it had to be done remotely by the owner. We weren’t able to lock the door when we would go out while we stayed there. Other than that, a fantastic property. We would definitely stay jere again but will call the owner and get check in info straightened out beforehand.

The renting process easy and had all the information I needed. Communication was carried out with no problems. The only negative was the cleanliness of the condo when we first arrived. After we cleaned it to our standards everything ( location, view, layout, furnishings and location) was great. I am thinking of trying for a return in 2022.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our short stay. We tried to get another day, but it had already been rented. We will definitely be back when we need to get away for some rest and sunshine. The condo was great, but building, halls and elevators are deceiving. Needs updated. Oh, they were redoing parking underneath the building, it was roped off, and we had to find parking on the street. But, this did not dampen our stay. I love this place!!! Don't forget to bring your linen, including pillows.

The place overall was great. The location is nice, and this stretch of beach is not overly crowded. Parking was good and quite easy and convenient. For the most part the place was well stocked, there were just a few things that were oddly missing. There were no cutting boards, cookie sheets or dish towels in the kitchen and there were no bath mats/ bathroom rugs. Usually these aren’t considered linens, but it would be good to make this a little more explicit that they’re needed. The second bedroom has a window that only looks out on an interior corridor with pretty bright lights at night.

Relaxing getaway

This was just the right size for the three of us and the views were incredible. We had no trouble getting access to the property. Being able to hear the ocean was super relaxing. Although we loved the view in the master bedroom, the sun shined pretty brightly one morning. We could’ve used some curtains. My favorite spot was the recliner in the main area facing that beautiful view. The place is definitely fully updated. The guest room was a good size. If you’re not into reading the fine print, please remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Also your bed linens and towels unless you opt to rent. Don’t forget to have one for your feet when you step out of the shower. You are near plenty of places to pick up a few items, groceries and get to a variety of restaurants. As of this writing, the TVs aren’t smart, so we used our HDMI to connect to the television to stream movies. Overall it met our requirements and we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunate circumstances

Unfortunately we were advised of kitchen plumbing issues an hour before check in via a text that plumber would be out next day. That did not happen. Plumber came the second day and because a part was needed the kitchen was not functional. While this was a major inconvenience and disappointment, we understand these things happen, but this was not our fault either. weather was great, so made the best of it. We have stayed in this unit several times and first time we have had issues.

Fantastic view, great location and wonderful condo. My family (ages 62, 58, 31, 31 & 21 months) stayed for a long weekend. This condo was perfect for my very active grandson as the tables were not glass and there were no knick-knacks sitting around. VERY child friendly!The location is across the street from Ropewalk which was perfect for a short stroll for lunch. Also, a very short walk to the Beach Bus Stop so there is no need to move the car and fight traffic.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure in the Main Bathroom was strong, unlike many of the upper floor condos I have rented lately. Responses from the owner were prompt and informative.We look forward to staying here again!

Bathrooms needed additional towel bars. No blinds in mater bedroom. Morning sun prohibited being able to sleep in. Kitchen cabinets required wiping out. Basics such as dishwasher soap would have been appreciated. Lightbulb burned out in second bedroom. Mater bedroom bed cover had stains.
