On the 16th floor of the Carousel, this unit provides amazing panoramas of both the bay and the ocean. This is one of the more desired units in Carousel with the master bedroom on the Ocean front allowing for a large ocean front balcony and private bayside balcony. We take pride in providing cooking utensils and accessories for your comfort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With amazing amenities, Carousel is one of the most popular getaways in Ocean City. Skate at the indoor ice rank, swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub or sauna, visit the restaurant or have a drink at the indoor and outdoor bars. The property was as advertised and pictured on the VRBO website. The views both of the ocean and the bayside were spectacular. Our host was very responsive and assured that the unit had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome location and view

1607 was the perfect location for our family vacation. Opening the curtains to the beach was just what we needed upon arrival. Having so much variety of activities and places to eat and explore made this so convenient and enjoyable!

Great Weekend

We had a very good time at the Condo. It was my Birthday weekend and it turned out that weekend there was a Mites Hockey tournament. Which was fun. The Condo was great and location was perfect.

Great Girls Getaway

My friend and I wanted a girls getaway and this was such a wonderful place to stay. The pictures didnt do it justice. the condo was so clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Wish it wasnt so windy but we still loved it :) The beds were comfy and we felt at home here. We loved our stay so much we are both looking at planning another trip with each other and our families. There is a lot to do just in the hotel so you really dont have to leave if you dont want to. I want to give a extra special thank you because my friend left a bag behind and we didnt realize until we got home but right away they checked and found the bag and are shipping it to her. I cant thank you all enough. Definitely recommend and can not wait to come back and stay.

Underwhelmed

Vacation started off with not being able to control the air conditioning. It was password protected and I had to message the manager to make adjustments. So we were very cold for most of the first night. I have never experienced this in a rental on Vrbo. Very disappointing. I know the answer is going to be “we can’t control the common areas” but…it was bike week and all the bikes were lined right up at the front door while I had to struggle to get my handicapped mother into the front door. There are condo associations that should put a stop to this. Not the owners fault but really made my stay difficult. While the place needed a good cleaning i will say the views were nice and the kitchen well equipped. Needless to say I would not return to this facility as it was a disappointing stay. With the most annoying being the fact I needed permission to adjust the temp of the unit.

This is the second time my friends and I stayed at Family Tides. Although we did not have the best weather, we still had a great time with the “at home” feeling of this unit. The owner is super fast with responses. The views are amazing. Most important to us….everything is always super clean. Thank you for another great stay!

Highly recommend this condo! It’s updated, beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable! The owner response to questions were immediate and helpful. I’ve stayed at the Carousel 5 times now, in 5 different condos, and would say this was by far our favorite and most enjoyable trip!

Grateful for a Perfect Family Getaway!!We just returned from a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo in Ocean City, and it was truly perfect for our family. As a mom of two young kids (6 & 3), I couldn’t have asked for more — spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including a washer/dryer so we left with clean clothes (a dream!). The large balcony with ocean views was amazing, and the hotel amenities — ice skating, arcade, pools, crafts, and activities — kept everyone happy and busy. Easy check-in/out, great kitchen for family meals, and even a bar and restaurant for the adults. Grateful for such a fun, easy, and memorable trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was the perfect size for my family of 5. The views of the ocean and the bay were beautiful. I loved having an extra big balcony and being able to listen to the waves as I fell asleep. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We booked a family vacation to enjoy all of the local Christmas festivities! The Carousel was the perfect place to do this! The condo is perfectly located with everything we needed in walking distance (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops etc.) The condo was equipped with all the essentials and was spacious enough space for the family! The back patio is HUGE and the view of the ocean/beach was beautiful! We even had a bonus front patio designated for us! The elevators are conveniently close by but still offered alot of privacy. The kids LOVED the ice rink in the hotel. We will definitely come back!

Run Down

It was functional, but wow does it need a serious update! Shower enclosure old/rusty/dirty, slippery throw rug at front door (no backing), small portable fans to make up for no celling fans - one was a tiny 6-inch fan/insufficient, leftover food from previous stay in cabinet - yuk! We had to wash towels and ran out of TP and paper towels, bunk room quilts just old/grungy, ocean balcony table/chairs peeling paint and really too big for the balcony. Nice view ocean and bay - but remember bayfront on the roadside and it was very loud at certain times. Carousel itself nice location, great DJ Fri night, pools/property definitely appears larger in the pics.
