Enjoy the luxury of one of Ocean City's finest condominium complexes. The Sea Watch is located on 115th St and Coastal Hwy on the oceanfront near shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and of course the beach. The building's many amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness facility, sauna, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, in-house cinema showing movies selected by guests, and a beautiful interior courtyard with fountains. This newly renovated 2 bedroom plus den, two bath unit is on the 9th floor on the south side of the building, and is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, wifi, and Netflix. And new for 2015 - a new Master Bathroom and new floors in living room and master bedroom. There is additional charge $40 for Vehicle Registration payable in the security office at garage entrance. No Smoking, No Pets.

Great location for young family

We stayed in early June with our 2.5 year old. While the ocean water was on the colder side, our daughter enjoyed dipping her toes in and swimming in the indoor pool. Definitely a family friendly property! Would stay again!

Our little family of 3 had a great vacation and a big part of that was the comfortable, oceanfront condo. We were able to have great views of the ocean from the large patio. The 2 screened in patio sliders allowed for listening to the ocean the whole time we were there. And the walk out to the beach was so accessible! We didn’t have time to enjoy any of the other amenities like the pools or the cinema, but we will try to take advantage the next time we stay at this property!

Lovely anniversary getaway

Beautiful views front both front and back doors of this condo. Really appreciated that it felt more like someone lent us their home for a week vs normal rental with locks on every door. Would gladly stay there again.

Nice condo with great view and amenities.

Condo was great for our small family trip. Beach views were fantastic and the pools were great too. Rental was fully equipped with household necessities and beach gear. There was a nice sitting room in addition to the living room area. Would definitely stay here again!

Dance Competition

We stayed an entire week for my daughter’s National Dance Competition. Ocean City was beautiful. MANY things to do and see. Great beaches. Sea Watch Condos were Very Nice. Much better for us than a Hotel would’ve been.

The property was updated from the pictures posted. Our family of 5 stayed there comfortably. Sea watch had soo many amenities- all nice and clean. We loved the easy access to beach. We have stayed in ocean city about 2xs a year for the past 9 years and this is by far our favorite place! Thank you!

Beautiful View, Nice Location

This is a nice place and Lynda was really easy to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the waves. We saw dolphins a couple times from the deck. Easy access to the beach and a good location overall. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great OC, MD stay!!

This is the second year we stayed in this condo. The owner is just such a pleasant woman. You text or email her and she responds quickly with a solution, if you have a problem. The condo is decorated with a beautiful beach theme!!!! Great facility and amenities! Wonderful views! Love it there!

Very clean, great for families, lots to do!

We visited with our four children, three of which slept in the bunk room which was perfect! There was plenty of room in the master for the baby’s pack and play. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and this place was spotless! Updated with an amazing view making for a very relaxing trip. We loved the playground, pools, arcade room, movie theater, and basketball court right on the property.

We are Maryland natives that grew up going to the ocean for summer vacations. We have fond memories of the boardwalk, Thrasher Fries, Jolly Rodger Amusement park, and spending entire days on the beach with the family. We bought our place at the Sea Watch to continue the traditions with our family.

The Sea Watch is unique in Ocean City with its amenities and secluded, elegant feel. The quality shows from the moment you enter the facility. The location is excellent and gives you ready access to all Ocean City offers, and is a 20 minute drive from the Assateague Island national seashore and the Delaware Beach towns of Bethany and Rehobeth. It is simply a superb unit, in a great facility, and delivers the relaxation and enjoyment every family wants from a vacation.
