Nestled on the 20th floor at 11100 Coastal Hwy in North Ocean City, our beautifully renovated condo boasts expansive views of both the ocean and the bay, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The spacious condo features two large balconies, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Indoor pool closed 2025. There is no pool in 2025.
Located across from Gold Coast Mall, our condo is in the heart of convenience, with numerous restaurants, pubs, shops, a pharmacy, a movie theater, and a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, eliminating the hassle of carrying keys to the beach. Stay connected with our private, free WiFi, exclusive to our unit.
Our building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. There is no pool in 2025.

- Building Registration/Parking Fee: $60 per vehicle per week due at check-in.

- 100% Refund: If canceled at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% Refund: If canceled at least 14 days before check-in (minus Service Fee).

Our family loves spending time on the beach in Ocean City MD. We purchased this condo 2018 because of the location. This building is located in the quiet part of Ocean City and right on the ocean. It's within walking distance to grocery store and many restaurants.
Why they chose this property
The building is very clean and well maintained, few renters, and very quiet. The beach is not overly crowded. It is a secure building, security code needed for evening hours. There are 2 balconies with Amazing views of the Ocean and the Bay.
