The spacious condo features two large balconies, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Indoor pool closed 2025. There is no pool in 2025.

Located across from Gold Coast Mall, our condo is in the heart of convenience, with numerous restaurants, pubs, shops, a pharmacy, a movie theater, and a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, eliminating the hassle of carrying keys to the beach. Stay connected with our private, free WiFi, exclusive to our unit.

Our building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. There is no pool in 2025.

***** House Rules *****
- No Pets or Smoking: Our condo maintains a pet-free and smoke-free environment, including the balconies.
- Age Restriction: We do not rent to high school or college groups under 25 years old.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests
- No Gatherings/Parties: Our home is for registered guests only, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

***** Booking and Fees *****
- Damage and Incidentals: Up to $1,000 charge for any damage during your stay.
- Building Registration/Parking Fee: $60 per vehicle per week due at check-in.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11 am.

***** Cancellation Policy *****
- 100% Refund: If canceled at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% Refund: If canceled at least 14 days before check-in (minus Service Fee).
- No Refund: If canceled less than 14 days before check-in.

***** Rental Agreement and ID *****
A signed Rental Agreement and photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to return the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation.
