For all our special guests!! Step inside and enjoy the spectacular Views of the Ocean, Sunny surfs and Beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

This completely renovated unit has all the amenities you are looking for. Views of the Ocean and Sandy Surf from both the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Large Covered Balcony. The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed with private bath includes a 50" Smart-TV and sliding doors onto the over sized balcony with Fantastic Ocean Views. The 2022 completely renovated Master Bath includes a very large extended shower. All new tiling, fixtures, lighting, vanity and decorations now provides the luxurious experience that everyone looks for when vacationing.

In the spring of 2021, a complete 2nd bathroom renovation was completed from the studs out. Beautiful finishes for everyone's enjoyment.

The tiled second bedroom offers a twin over full bed combo, TV with built-in DVD player for kids or guest's enjoyment along with easy access to the second bath just outside the bedroom door.

The kitchen has newer appliances to cook your meals, along with a choice of a Keruig coffee maker or a Mr. Coffee Maker to have your morning coffee on the scenic balcony. Under cabinet lighting and can lighting over the island area for your enjoyment, granite countertops and backsplash plus a full size washer and dryer.

Seating includes eat in granite bar counter with 3 bar stools plus the dining area with matching table and chairs.
The Tiled Living Room has a large leather sectional, leather recliner with ottoman, large 65", flat screen Smart-TV with DVD player to rest after an action packed day at the beach, boardwalk, go carting or miniature golf.

Enjoy the 9 feet deep, beautiful outdoor heated pool after your day at the beach.
Nearby Tennis, golf, crabbing and experience the unique wild life of free running ponies at Assateaque Bay. Casino gambling is nearby in Ocean Down.
The condo is in walking distance of fine dining, casual restaurants & pubs and a variety of shopping. Ocean city has an excellent bus system that can transport you up and down Coastal Highway for only $3.00 all day. The southbound bus stop is across street in front of Royal Farms.

Antigua 706 condominium is ocean front with beautiful views of the ocean and sandy surfs.
Don't forget the condominium's private cornhole area and picnic tables right by the beach!!

Hidden Gem

We have been vacationing in OC MD for over 20 years and by far this has been the best condo we have rented. The owner (Randy) was prompt in assuring that all was in good order and was available for any concerns. This 2 BR 2 Bath condo was tastefully upgraded, and the accommodations were way above our expectations. Add to the fact that the ocean view from the condo is spectacular, there is not a better condo that you could rent.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo had breathtaking views and it was right on the beach so it wasn’t a hassle trying to lug everything back and forth. The pool was also a nice option for the kids to have. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and you can see dolphins swim by just about daily. Highly recommended!

Great Property!

The condo was ideal for four people. Great location right on the beach (with balcony overlooking it) and plenty of shops/restaurants within walking distance. This property is extremely well maintained and has everything you need for cooking in as well as heading to the beach (chairs, umbrella, coolers of various sizes). All communications are directly with the owner who called before hand to give us information as well as once we arrived to be sure everything was OK. Overall a very good good experience.
