The well maintained & well equipped unit features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the private balcony. The Adagio is close to & in walking distance to many of Ocean City's favorite restaurants & night life. Also , conveniently located just North of the Convention Center. The building also features a beautiful indoor pool complete with hot tub for the adults. Perfect for those rainy days. 2 parking spaces included, plus plenty of additional parking all around. The building also includes an elevator.
Come enjoy your beach vacation here, you wont be disappointed! ALL RENTERS MUST BE 30 & OVER unless children, accompanied by parents/grandparents. NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS. Please don’t waste your/our time by asking. Pets are NOT permitted, HOA rules, we cannot make exceptions.

Linens are not provided. Household products are not provided, including paper products, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

Excellent property, fantastic location. We've stayed there two years running and have had zero complaints about this property. It's also close to the bridge when getting there so it's easy to get to the beach the first day. Thanks again for the memories!

Always a great space

We love to book this condo when we go to OC. It is steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The condo has a lot of space with a nice balcony to sit and look at the ocean. You may need to drive to the Boardwalk if that is your interest but we tend to only go once during a trip, so it isn’t important to us. All in all very relaxing!

A Fantastic Weekend in OCM

I can't recommend this property more. The place was clean, matched the pictures, and was in an excellent location for both beach access and the places on Coastal Highway. The Hosts, Melanie and David, were very accommodating and easy to work with; they were clear with what was provided, what wasn't, the rules for the house, and how everything worked. A+ all around!

Country Calling

We stayed here to go to a local country music festival. The condo was very nice and was definitely as advertised. We loved spending time on the balcony. We were a group of 7 ladies and the condo was perfectly sized for us. We didn’t receive info about the outside doors and elevators to the condo in advance but we called the owners and they immediately helped us out. I would stay here again!

First time in Ocean City

We came here for the "Oceans Calling" festival. First time in Ocean City. Beautiful condo, very clean, great view to the ocean. Nice having 3 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. The balcony was a great spot to relax. The hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Plenty of Space and Family Friendly

Well appointed and spacious. Love the layout of this condo. Because we had 19 month old twins with us, distance was required so that noise from the living room would not interrupt their sleep. The layout met this requirement. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, some shops and groceries. A short walk to the beach on 4 beautiful days was the icing on the cake.

This is a gorgeous property and so convenient and nicely located. Melanie & David where very responsive with any needs we had. I just want to make a small note that it would be nice if the condo stocked a wine opener :) We had to borrow one from the neighbor.

Perfect Beach house

The property was very clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely be back! We loved that every room had their own separate bathroom. The only two things that someone might want to be aware of is if you are counting the pull out couch as a bed you might not want to. The mattress is very thin and to uncomfortable to sleep on. The other is nothing to do with the home ,and totally out of anyone’s control but every night there was screaming and partying outside until 3 or 4 in the morning every night and some of the other houses in the building had people that would be in their deck just screaming and having a good time. Which is expected at the beach but we did get woke up a few times every night.

Deadbolt on front door needs repair or replaced, turns very freely. sliding door to balcony lock is off and laying by TV. Light switches in bedroom and living room turn off outlets so could only charge phone, etc when switch was on. Tv in one bedroom with bunk beds doen't work, no HDMI cord. also TV in first bedroom only comes on if light switch is on so had to get up and turn it off and on. Remotes in room didn't work. Wicker furniture on deck very uncomfortable to sit in. Overall very irritating apartment,never knew if front door was locked or not. Security guard at night, couldn't talk on deck , he stood right below and if anyone laughed he would yell at us. Won't book or reccommend this property to anyone.

Cute condo, but some minor tweaks

We had a great time at the condo! It was clean, decorated well and had a very comfortable vibe. The security guard at the elevator was nothing but helpful when we arrived with all of our belongings. I have nothing negative to say about the condo, but there were just some very minor things that we noticed. I agree with one of the previous renters- the front door lock is very finnicky. Putting in the code is super easy, but it does seem that the knob to undo the deadbolt is faulty. It continues to turn around and around and makes it hard to get it sometimes. Once you get the hang of it, its fine, but it was just a hassle. The refrigerator has some sticky drawers that made getting items in and out of it a little frustrating, too. The pantry, while spacious, is kind of confusing because you've got to lift the handle UP in order to open it, signs pointing that out would have been helpful, too. Other than the minor things, it was a lovely stay and being so close to the beach was wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a nice place to stay with easy walk to the beach as advertised, owners comminicated well and let us know about minor issues on the property, none of which affected our stay in any particular fashion. Only main issue i had was in the cleanliness of the unit. Floors dont appear to have properly cleaned which made walking barefoot end up having the soles of my feet turn black within hours of entering the first time. Under the bed is massive cobwebs showing no one has cleaned under the bed in likely months. Understand that beach properties can be a bit dirtier, then this is a lovely stay.

Oceans Calling weekend

This condo was absolutely perfect. We stayed for the Oceans Calling festival weekend. Sitting out on the balcony was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious for 8 of us, with 3 full bathrooms and a nice, big kitchen that had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Roomy condo

Melissa and Doug’s Adagio condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for six and more. Most of the beds were very nice and the location couldn’t be beat!
