Great location! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. This condo has the best views in Ocean city! Come enjoy and relax on your vacation! Another winning trip!

This is he second time we have stayed at this property and it didn't disappoint. The location is terrific, the views are spectacular and the place is clean and comfortable. The sofa really should be replaced, but otherwise all furnishings were great. We would definitely stay again.

The condo has amazing views and we just enjoyed it day and night! Alex told us exactly what we would need to bring ahead of time to make our stay comfortable. Location was walkable to beach and boardwalk. Our family had a great time!

Vacation on the bay for 6 retired healthcare works

Great place on the bay. Sunsets where spectacular. Accommodations were great. Only problem with the building there were no carts to transport all of the things 6 mature ladies bring with them.

Great to be back

This was our second year staying at Alex’s beautiful condo. The location is perfect and the set up ideal for our group. The condo is bright and clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Kids love the pool at the end of the day and we love watching the nest of Ospreys and their babies outside the window. We will definitely be back!

Family trip to Ocean City

Excellent property. Alex was wonderful to work with and very communicative. Loved the views. Kitchen was better stocked than any we have stayed previously. We always stay ocean front, but really enjoyed the bay side. Quieter and lots of boats to watch. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a terrific stay! We loved the peaceful location, easy parking and gorgeous view. Very quiet building (we stayed during the week), elevator access, walkable to boardwalk and beach, and plenty of free on street parking in addition to the permit lots. I was even able to lock my bike at a bike rack ride in back of the building. Inside the unit was clean and updated, lovely touches like coasters, throw blankets, new furniture, kitchen appliances. etc. We could not figure out how to put on the Orioles game on regular tv, but later did find a binder that had instructions (so our fault!). Unfortunately the members of our family in their 70s were unable to use the soaking tub due to it not having any handles to climb in or out. A family member with a disability had a similar issue with the tub in one of the other bathrooms. We agreed we would stay again, but those accessibility upgrades would be great to see for older adults or those with disabilities. Met some lovely neighbors who own other units in the building, everyone we met was very friendly. Area is safe and we felt comfortable walking around anytime. Definitely recommend!

This was one of our best trips to OCM. There was nothing not to love about the condo. Our family enjoyed the stay so much, they didn’t want to leave! The host is easy to correspond with, he runs things like a well-oiled machine!

Stunning

Seeing the place in person was even better than the pictures.The view was breathtaking. We even saw fireworks one night from the window. The washer was big and worked great. Loved the kitchen, so many extras. You wont be disappointed. Short walk to the boardwalk.

Adult family getaway

My husband and I took my sisters and elderly mother, plus husbands to OC for a five day stay. We needed certain accommodations since my sister is in a wheelchair and my mom and her husband use canes for walking. This unit really did offer those accommodations plus everyone had their own private space and bath, the unit was conveniently located, as well as the absolute best view in ocean city! Alex was amazing with our pre-trip correspondence, as well as even answered a few questions during our stay. We would definitely rent again!

Rare Find

Once again Alex’s place did not disappoint. We rent in Ocean City every year and it is VERY difficult to find a 4 BR place to accommodate extended family. Alex’s place is perfect. The location is ideal, a short walk to a prime beach and boardwalk location. The views from the unit are spectacular. There is an Osprey nest one building over and we spent a lot of the week watching them. They even perched on our balcony! Alex is a terrific owner. He responds immediately to any questions and is a pleasure to deal with. Our family was so happy to vacation together. We will definitely be back!

Great stay but…ANTS!

This is an awesome place. The location is very good. It is convenient to the Boardwalk and many restaurants and attractions. The pictures are accurate. The condo is spacious and the views are amazing. Sitting on the back deck in the evenings for the bayside sunsets is so relaxing and beautiful. The owner was quick to respond to my texts. I had to take one star away for the ant problem. They were truly obnoxious! We had to do constant cleaning to keep up with them. At one point we found them swarming the baby’s pacifier! There are ant traps around but they are not working. Overall, it is a great place and I would recommend it.

Recent stay 9/2025Condo was clean & beautiful. The large balcony with bay view was awesome, we loved the sunsets & watching all the boats. The views from all the windows were just wonderful.Photos of the living room should be updated because there is a 70" TV over the fireplace and very large dark grey sectional in the living room. Also the living room is painted a neutral beige and not mint green, like the one picture showed.Alex, the owner, was responsive and nice to work with.The only thing we didn't like was there was no type of cart or buggy available to haul everything up to the room. So, keep that in mind, if you're considering renting this property.Otherwise, the property does not disappoint :)

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because it is a modern condo, large for big families and its in the perfect location. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of OC and is very quiet and peaceful.....yet it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where all the action is. The views from every room in the condo are amazing and all have a water view...guaranteed. When we walked in for the first time we were taken back from the water views and unbelievable sunsets from the balcony. We take pride in maintaining the condo. We are constantly adding or upgrading various things based on all renter feedback. We take pride in stocking well equipped kitchen with all of the supplies needed to cook and eat with.

What makes this property unique

The condo will make you feel like home. It has comfortable furnishings and flat screen tvs in every room. It has full size washer and dryers in the unit and all of the items to cook and have large family dinners. We are the top floor end unit facing south with views all the way to Assateague Island.
