South Beach is a secure building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean between 7th and 8th streets. Amenities includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, plus two (2) assigned parking spaces in the secured parking garage. Shops and restaurant on the ground level.

Note the garage clearance is 7 feet. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1. No Smoking. No Vaping. No Pets.
