Beautiful ocean view house, steps from the OC Boardwalk at 12th Street, with two entire private floors for your group to enjoy. This unique condo consists of two connected floors (the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house) with 7 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Baths. Larger groups can also rent our first floor condo, which has 3 Beds and 2 Baths, to accommodate even more family and friends! (vrbo/490838)

Stay with your large group at our amazing condo to make great memories :)

Week long rentals available during June, July and August. Mini-weeks and weekends possible during the remainder of year.

Incredible house in the middle of it all

This house was a great venue for an unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette weekend! The process was so simple to get in to the property and everything was perfect. Great restaurants and shops right on the boardwalk, you can’t beat the location!Any large parties should absolutely consider this property. We would come back in a heartbeat

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location could not be beat, giving us convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. The two floors we used were great for our group, clean and well managed. Any questions we had were responded to very promptly by management of the property. We will definitely stay here again!

Steps from the beach

Great house right next to the boardwalk. Hard to beat the location for going to and from the beach. House was very nice, clean, and spacious. Bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. Would definitely do it again.

55th Anniversary Celebration

Great location. The bed speeds were a bit “tired” and some had stains, but were clean. The manager went above and beyond by providing a blow up queen bed and a pack and play.

Location near the boardwalk and beach, is great. Beds were uncomfortable, and the bed clothes are cheap and flimsy. The outside stairs to the second and third floors make loading and unloading miserable. Parking was a block and a half away. Kitchen and common area on third floor are great. Porch on the third floor with view of the boardwalk and the ocean, and the breezes off the ocean, is wonderful. Bedrooms are very small. Spiral staircase inside the unit is miserable.

Beautiful unit in excellent location

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. It is so spacious and family friendly! You can’t find a better location. It’s literally steps from the boardwalk and beach. My only caution is that there are a lot of steps.

Great place

5 families in town for a cheer competition used this as our "home base." It is just 6 minutes from Convention Center. We enjoyed being able to prepare our meals and come back to the house between performances. House had everything we needed to relax! Great not to have to eat out all weekend!

OCMD over Labor Day Weekend

The property was very nice and met our space needs very well. It's located close to the beach, which is really handy when you have kids like we do. I was surprised by the amount of amenities provided in terms of linens, kitchen wares, and consumables. When we come back to OCMD, we will definitely check if this is available.
