Congrats to all impending high school graduates, but I DO NOT RENT TO SENIORS OR THEIR ADULT REPRESENTATIVES. And, I closely vet and age verify all of my June rentals. Trying to rent under false conditions is FRAUD!

NOTE # 1: Linens and towels (bath & kitchen) are not provided. There are several local companies who provide this service should you choose. So, please plan to bring these items with you. However, summer weight blankets and pillows are available.

NOTE # 2: The pool is generally open the week of Memorial Day and closed after Labor Day.

Immaculate, beautiful and spacious condo with secure two-car elevator and ample underground parking for two vehicles. There is also plenty of off-street parking.

This condo has all the modern conveniences and is in excellent condition.

This unit offers complimentary high-speed WIFI, “On Demand” Premium cable, new (wall mounted) Smart, flat screen, HD TVs & Blue Ray DVD players which are located in the living room and all bedrooms (55” in LR & MBR, 40” in the other two bedrooms).
Cable channels include: HBO, TMC, Showtime, MGM+, ShowxBET, Max|HBO, FXM, FLIX, NICK, NICK2, Disney, etc. So, on rainy days, there's plenty of TV content...plus a well-stocked DVD collection.

This contemporary building offers 9’ “tray” ceilings, recessed lights, crown molding, and glass deck railings that were designed to provide maximum bay and ocean views from the outside deck (accessible from the MBR and the LR) and limited bay views from the entrance walkway and one front bedroom.

The spacious living room has a double bed sleep sofa, so, coupled with the large dining room, 3 private bedrooms and 3 baths, this unit is well equipped to comfortably accommodate eight people. And, the ocean is located across the street from the building, so there are no long treks to and from the beach.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen, comes with granite counter-tops and mostly new stainless appliances that are there for you to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of lighting, counter space, storage cabinets and a new tile wall backsplash with new under counter lighting.

The large and private, master bedroom suite, with its huge walk-in closet and spacious private bath provides the luxury you would expect in a modern vacation rental. Note: the other two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for additional privacy.

After a fun day at the beach, relax on the large deck, facing south, and enjoy bay views while you read your favorite novel, sip your favorite adult beverage and/or plan the next day of your vacation.

There is a rooftop pool, shower and sundeck overlooking both the ocean and the bay which yields breathtaking views of both bodies of water as well as the wetlands and wildlife.

Workout in the fitness room while enjoying beautiful bay and ocean views. The exercise equipment includes a universal weight machine (with two workout stations), two treadmills, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, and an elliptical machine. There is also a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a table with chairs. So, bring your lunch, a snack, energy drink or anything that might require refrigeration.

Use the private and secure, storage room with locked individual storage cages for your beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other related items. It is located on the same floor as the dwelling (actually, you pass it walking to the unit), so you don’t have to waste steps in order to keep these sandy items in the condo.
