First floor newly renovated condo offers 800+ sq. ft. of space consisting of a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, and two bedrooms, all of which are beautifully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and TV The living room area has a queen size sofa (the condo sleeps total of six people comfortably). Brand new HVAC system. High speed internet.
Relax and enjoy a million dollar view with southern exposure of the bay from the front porch. Dock is 30 ft from the porch, enjoy fishing or crabbing or bring your own raft, paddle board, wind surf board, scuba gear, etc. Relax on the porch or lawn watching the gorgeous sunsets on the bay. Swim in a private community pool or the beach is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, amusements and the boardwalk are all in close proximity.
