The Quay Condominium is conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores. It offers many amenities for guests including indoor and outdoor heated pools, sundeck, picnic tables, tennis, two saunas, game room with pool table and pinball, and onsite security. Unit 1005 is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 color TV's, and Free WIFI! (living room and master bedroom have cable and second bedroom has DVD player and can be used for streaming). The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the living room has a new sleep sofa in June of 2023. New paint, sleep sofa and love seat for 2023. Parking for one car with a fee of $10 per day or $50 per week paid to the Quay at check in. This unit offers Flex Stays for your convenience. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.
