If you are looking for a great family vacation spot in Ocean City Maryland, this is it! The Carousel family resort has it all! Amenities include a large indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools, restaurants, beach bar & grill, ice cream & candy shop, gift shop, ping pong table, fitness room, sauna, hot tub, pickleball court, game room and ice skating rink. There are many free activities in season, professional ice shows, movies on the beach, live entertainment, moon-bounce, pirate ship.

This condo is on the 11th floor, which is the only floor that has access to all 4 elevators. This is very convenient during busy time and summer time. The condo has tile floor throughout. Updated all white kitchen cabinets and baths. Modern furnishings. Central air, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Mr. Coffee coffee maker & Keurig, dishwasher / refrigerator / microwave. Dining room has large table with seating for 6.

The supermarket is right across the street along with other stores. Plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs within walking distance. You can walk to Northside Park, which has a really nice kids playground, large outdoor exercise equipment, sports fields a building registration fee.

There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a four-level garage next door (7 ft clearance).

Effective 11/29/2022, the Building Registration Fee is $50 CASH only, to be paid at the time of check-in, on site at the Condo Office. It covers parking, building amenities, and the cost to make Key Cards.

Guests to bring their own linens (bed sheets and pillowcases) and towels. Or rent them from a Linen Rental company.

Guest Bedroom: 2 Full-size beds
Living Room: regular sofa (not a sofa bed)

No pets allowed per HOA rule. No smoking allowed, including the balconies.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to high school or college groups under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Damage and incidentals: If there is damage to the Property during your stay, you will be charged up to $1,000.

Check-in at 3 pm and Checkout at 11 am

Minimum stay is 3 nights

Rates are subject to change until confirmation is confirmed.

Cancellation fee $200. If cancel at least 30 days before check-in, 100% refund (minus $200 cancellation fee). 50% refund (minus the VRBO Service Fee and $200 cancellation fee), if cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

The Rental Agreement must be signed by the Guest & return to the Homeowner upon receipt. Homeowner reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the Agreement is not returned within 48 hours. A photo ID is needed to confirm the guest who will be checking in.
