Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with Adirondack chairs and a table. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and tea kettle, and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks–make sure to enjoy everything with an unforgettable view! Then, retreat to the inviting living room with a flatscreen TV to experience a relaxing evening watching TV. * The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Although it was a rainy weekend my husband and I were still able to enjoy the condo. The view to the beach is excellent the condo was perfect for the both of us. Waterman’s seafood restaurant was the best for me for crabs. The crabs are heavy and taste delicious. We will return to visit in September.
