This condo is on the 9th floor. This Condo is completely renovated and regular maintenance is performed yearly.

This property is Owner Operated. We do not use an agency, so there is no management fee.

Carousel Hotel & Condominium provides fun & relaxation for the entire family. It has an indoor Ice-skating rink, atrium, live music restaurants inside the property. Drop the kids off for ice skating and relax in our indoor pool, hot tub, or sauna. No matter what your expectations are for an ideal family vacation in Ocean City Maryland, Carousel has it all.

Updated wood floor throughout the entire condo. New paint, all white kitchen cabinets and baths. Central air, water heater, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Coffee maker & Keurig, dishwasher / refrigerator / microwave. Dining room has large table.

Guests can bring / rent linens or use provided linens. Guests to bring their own towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, trash bags.

Maximum occupancy 8

You must provide a copy of your driver's license along within 24 hours to keep your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

There is parking for two cars available. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a four-level garage next door.

Amenities include large indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools, restaurants, beach bar & grill, ice cream & candy shop, gift shop, ping pong table, fitness room, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, game room and ice-skating rink. There are many free activities in season, professional ice shows, movies on the beach, live entertainment, moon-bounce, pirate ship.

Free wireless internet throughout the building.

The supermarket is right across the street along with other stores. Plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs within walking distance. You can walk to North-side Park which has a nice kid’s playground, a large outdoor exercise equipment, sports fields, paved path for running or long walks and a crabbing/fishing pier that extends a good distance into Assawoman Bay.

No pets allowed per HOA rule. No smoking allowed, including the balconies.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to high school or college groups under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

The resort does charge a $50 registration fee (CASH) upon checking in to cover any administrative check in costs and parking throughout the year.

Check-in at 4 pm; Checkout at 11 am.

Minimum stay is 2 nights during the on or off-season.

Family Getaway OCMD 2023

The condo was a great size for our family of 5. The amenities were great for the purpose of our stay. We hit a day of inclimate weather & never had to step outside to keep our kids entertained. The check-in & check-out process were easy. The availability of carts for transporting luggage was a great help, as was the loading zone. A couple of shopping carts for groceries would be a great add on.

Great for a quick get away

Place was clean and tidy. However, if you plan on cooking they don't have any mixing size bowls or equipment for cooking for a family of 5. No skillets, mixing bowls, or even cooking sheets for the oven. We had our 3 small grandchildren with us and cooking breakfast was quite challenging! Parking was a pain and elevators are slow to get to and from our condo.

Great location

It was very clean and the host was great! Checkin process was easy. Would definitely stay again. It is a little loud on the balcony from the AC unit in the front so you cant hear the ocean but the view is amazing!

Beachfront condo

Perfect beach getaway in a lovely beachfront condo. Nice amenities for the entire family. Reef restaurant was quite good, drinks at the outdoor bar were wonderful as well.
