No true vacation is complete without an escapade to the beach! Make this charming, family-friendly condo your home base and experience beach living at its finest. This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views and an outdoor dining table for four, and a prime location! THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Indoor pool hours are limited and not guaranteed during the winter. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
