This unit is a 2-story ocean front condo with beautiful panoramic views of both the Ocean and Bay from the living room and both bedrooms. At night you can see the hotels at Bethany and the Indian River bridge at the Delaware Inlet. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably: Master Bedroom has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Twin bed and a Queen bed, new full pullout sofa and new twin pullout love seat in the living room. The full kitchen is stocked to meet all your needs including Keurig, and coffee maker. FREE Comcast and WiFi. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Many amenities on the property including an indoor/ outdoor heated pools, sauna, game room with pool tables,ping pong table room, onsite convenience store/deli, tennis court, and 24hr on site security. NO SMOKING, or PETS please. Also I DO NOT rent out to Seniors for senior week.

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland. I've been coming down to Ocean City for over 45 years, first as a child with my parents and then with my own children. I always wanted to own a place at the beach and this property just fit. All I ask is that you treat it like your own.
Why they chose this property
Can I say it again, THE VIEW!!!! As soon as I walked into the unit, I was sold. I just purchased this property Apr 2017 and hope to retire here someday. I truly hope you enjoy your stay and continue to return. I plan to leave a book in the unit and would appreciate to hear about your stay and things I could do to make it better for you the next time you might stay.
