Affordable 2-Story Penthouse w/Panoramic Ocean And Bay Views

This unit is a 2-story ocean front condo with beautiful panoramic views of both the Ocean and Bay from the living room and both bedrooms. This unit does not have a balcony. At night you can see the hotels at Bethany and the Indian River bridge at the Delaware Inlet. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably: Master Bedroom has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Twin bed and a Queen bed, new full pullout sofa and new twin pullout love seat in the living room. The full kitchen is stocked to meet all your needs including Keurig, and coffee maker. FREE Comcast and WiFi. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Many amenities on the property including an indoor/ outdoor heated pools, sauna, game room with pool tables,ping pong table room, onsite cafe, tennis court (being refurbished) and 24hr on site security. NO SMOKING, or PETS please. Also I DO NOT rent out to Seniors for senior week.

Why they chose this property

Can I say it again, THE VIEW!!!! As soon as I walked into the unit, I was sold. I just purchased this property Apr 2017 and hope to retire here someday. I truly hope you enjoy your stay and continue to return.
