Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:
Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
