Top floor ocean facing unit, located in a quiet neighborhood and half a block from the iconic OC beach. Ocean and Beach views from living room, loft space, and balcony. Great spot with restaurants and bars within walking distance, 7-Eleven, mini golf, arcade, Northside Park, etc. nearby.

We take pride in making our guests ‘feel at home’ throughout their stay and strive to keep them coming back. We listened to the feedbacks from past seasons and made improvements for 2026 season.

•Replaced and installed brand new ductless mini-split air conditioning and heating system for 2025 season.

Cleanliness has always been top of our mind. But it’s even more critical during these times. We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting routine and made a few changes for the new normal.

-Well stocked essential amenities like hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper
-Disinfectants and cleaning supplies on site
-BYO linen (pillow case, sheets, blankets and towels)
*With our enhanced cleaning routine, we have decided to remove all comforters, bed sheets, and towels from our units. Our units have the mattress, box springs, and pillow(s) protector only.

Guest Access: Watch kids walk straight to the beach. Everything is included to the beach furniture, umbrella, beach toys, outdoor shower, Washer/Dryer in Unit, 3 flat screen TVs and internet WiFi.

Self-Check in: Check yourself in with Keypad.

There’s no better place to sip your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail than on the large top floor balcony with beautiful Ocean View and tranquil view of Wight Street. If you are lucky, you can even see pod of dolphins swimming by from the unit.

Location: Great family spot near Delaware shopping but in Maryland. Walk to everything, steps from the beach, and safe atmosphere.

Getting Around: Location! Location! Location! Most thing you want to do is a short walk away. Can take OC’s famous $4 Ride-All-Day bus pass to downtown Ocean City boardwalk area if you do not want to drive. Track your bus real time with the TransLoc Rider App (Select Ocean City transportation).

On-Site Private Parking. Two assigned parking spaces. Street parking is available on Wight St, 139th, and 140th St.

Great place, nothing but smiles. Bring your linens and towels, take your worries away and start your relaxing beach getaway. You will need to supply your own bath/beach towels, sheets, pillow cases, blankets for 3 Queen size beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa. If you prefer to rent, we can provide contact information for the rental companies in OC.

House Rules: No pets. No smoking. No parties or events. No grilling or fires of any kind on the balcony.

This place is meant for adults or families, not meant for teens or college groups. Please respect our neighbors and the OC Noise Law of no excessive noise inside or out after 11pm.

Guest must not disturb other residents of the condo complex or surrounding neighborhood. Loud and boisterous activity will not be tolerated and will result in eviction without refund.

Guest must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent who is 25 or older.

*Children should not roam free on the parking lot, condo stairs, climb on furniture or railings, hang out of windows, or engaged in other unsupervised activities.

All Federal, State, and Local laws must be obeyed at all time.

If police are dispatched to the property, there will be immediate removal of all guests from the condo and termination of the rental agreement. No refunds will be given and the damage deposit will be forfeited.

Sand Management is Critical! When you return from the beach please “rinse your toes with the hose”. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before you come inside. Please remove your shoes at the door.

Report any damage/stains as soon as it occurs so we can make proper repairs.
Please do not try to “hide” damage. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate the opportunity to fix things for the next guest.

Renters is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy (We are not talking about a broken wine glass or plate here).

All trash must be removed from the unit when departing. This includes used items in the fridge. Please don’t leave trash bag by the front door of the unit. There is a large condo trash can by the parking spaces. Please do dishes and put things back where you found them (dishes put away, suitcase rack back in the closet, furniture in the original spot, etc.).

*Not following the house rules is a forfeiture of damage deposit*
