Inside, the studio features a big-screen smart TV, free WiFi, and a starter supply of coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, and toiletries. We provide linens, towels, and beach chairs for your convenience.

The building offers an elevator, an outdoor shower, and a shared laundry facility. You'll also have one assigned parking space (#44) — front-in parking only.

Please note: The unit does not have a dishwasher. A $40 fee will apply if dirty dishes are left behind. Temporary posts on the west side of the building are pre-staging for Fall 2025 renovations and will not impact your stay.

• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days before check-in
