About this property

Quaint Oceanfront Condo, on the Beach!

Adorable, ocean front condo, sleeps 8 but there is a fire code condominium restriction of 6 people/unit. Open air stairwell entry.

Time saved is extra time on the beach! You will love the comfort and convenience of this lovely beach front property. No need to lug and pack giant coolers of lunches and drinks for the entire day; bathroom is close. We also allow you the use of our storage locker where you are welcome to use our beach toys and gear, saving you the trouble of carting home sandy gear in your car. This is a low-rise condo of only 12 units resulting in a beachfront that is less crowded than other high-rise properties.

Great location half way between Bethany Beach and downtown Ocean City. Half an hour ride from the Rehobeth outlets and across the street from North Side Park, where one can bike, roller skate, jog, fish, crab and kids can play on a huge play ground when the beach gets to be enough. For those who are really into sports, Northside Park has a community center with outdoor exercise equipment, indoor basketball court as well as multiple sports fields.

This is not just a rental, it is our second home and we treat it with the love and care of our main residence. We hope you will come to love it and enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Please set temp to 78 in summer and 52 in winter upon check out
Make sure gas stove is turned off!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash dishes and take out trash before you leave
Please bring your own sheets and towels. Since Covid people have been bringing their own blankets however there are some stored above closets
Use bunk bed at your own risk. Owner is not liable for any injury. Top bunk is not to exceed weight of 160 pounds per manufacturer

Perfect Location

The location here is everything, especially when traveling with a young child! The condo was well equipped with cooking supplies and beach supplies - we really didn’t need to bring anything! The queen bed was a tad but uncomfortable for our taste, but was manageable for a few nights. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone traveling with a young child!

Great property right on the beach

Wonderful location, very easy walk to the beach, convenient parking, clean, very responsive host. A bit tight for 5 tall people - the bunk bed didn’t work for us, but we moved one of the extra mattresses to the floor. Great place for our quick beach visit.

Loved this place so much! Not really any complaints except parking was a struggle to find and is not connected to property but that was a minor inconvenience for the benefit of location and view and kindness/helpfulness of property owners! Neighbors are SO nice and friendly! Hope we can stay again!!!

Perfect beach getaway!!

There literally is nothing better than waking up and going to sleep with the beach outside your door! We didn't even need to wear shoes unless we were getting in the car. Everything about the condo was exactly as described in the listing. Alicia was very responsive throughout the whole process. Perfect spot for a family to stay!

Little gem

It was our first time staying in North OC/Fenwick and this little gem was perfect for our young family (kids ages 5,8 & 11). It had all the necessities plus the added bonus of just being able to walk right out to the beach which was far less crowded than locations closer to the boardwalk. Alicia is a wonderful host. Super friendly, willing to answer all questions and provide recommendations. We plan to return!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect on the beach location for our getaway. The owner was so responsive and helpful with any questions I had. This was our first condo type rental and we can’t wait to come back!

It doesn't disappoint! 2x visitor!

We loved this place so much in 2017, that we knew we wanted to come back again, and it didn't disappoint! It was clean, well stocked with lots of sand toys (and an umbrella-so helpful!), and quiet neighbors! The beach access is fantastic and communication with owner was very responsive. The ONLY con we can think of is needing to bring our own sheets and towels (although a couple blankets and pillows were provided). Thank you Alicia, as always!

Can't Beat the Location!

Fantastic location just steps from the beach. My family of 5 was accommodated comfortably in the condo. The furniture is a little dated, but the pictures in the listing accurately showed this. There were chairs and boogie boards available in their storage which was an awesome perk. I highly recommend this codo!

Great location

This was perfect for a quick get-away. Location on beach was ideal. We struggled a little bit with parking and entering, but it was dark, so that explains it. Condo was small, nothing fancy, but just right for 3 of us. Owner had many necessities (tp, paper towel, dishes, cups, coffee filters, foil, etc.) that made trip easy. Would definitely stay again for a quick weekend away! Thank you!

Beach Trip

Very nice 2 bedroom condo, unit complex is only 2 floors high, this unit is on the first floor with one set of stairs leading up to unit. Beachfront was great, bring your own sheets, towels, etc. Had such a good time asked owner to stay 1 more day. Only thing was when we arrived room was musty smelling I`m assuming due to the carpet. One of our party has asthma so was more aware of smell. Kitchen was well stocked, TV with cable, ROKU, WIFI. Bedroom`s plenty of room for 4 of us. Overall had great trip and would definitey stay again.

On-the-Beach Convenience

The sign in the kitchen says, "If you aren't barefoot, you are overdressed". That is so true here. Whenever we felt like it, even just for a few minutes, we took the short path through the dune and walked the beach or played in the waves. Rinsed off our feet with the shower hose at the bottom of the stairs and we were sand-free. The condo itself had everything we needed, and the two bedrooms allowed everyone to go to bed or stay up as they wanted.
