Great stay for a family of 4 and our first time in Ocean City. Loved being up north away from the Boardwalk with a short walk to the beach and sitting against the bayside. Pool was excellent, very clean with a lifeguard and was big! Highly recommend!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad your family enjoyed your first trip to Ocean City and that the quiet north-end location, beach access, and bayside setting made it special. Happy to hear the pool and parking were easy, too. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome you back.

Very cute/comfy place to stay in North Ocean City. We loved the screened-in porch and all the amenities (selection of beach chairs/toys, well-stocked kitchen, assortment of board games). It's on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of stairs between you and your car, but we got used to that and it wasn't terrible. Quiet at night. Comfy beds and plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out.

Very Nice Condo, 1.5 Blocks From the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in and stay were both flawless. The condo was very nice and well appointed. I enjoyed the screened in porch, the several TVs, including the one on the porch. There was plenty of room and seating for my family of five. The walk to the beach was very short and there were many restaurants and activities within walking distance, although driving and parking were not an issue.

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location for a small family. Beds were comfortable, temperature was great, and a quick walk to the beach. Also, there is a large pool! We’d love to stay again!

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need dish and utensil wise! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room and space for my family of 6! The only down fall was it is on the 3rd floor but we got use to it pretty quick

Nice rental

For the price compared to hotels, this property was nice. It's relatively clean and spacious and close to the beach. It could use some minor updates but overall nice place.

Definitely would stay here again.

The property was as advertised, plus extra amenities like family board games, cleaning supplies, plenty of blankets and pillows. This is silly, but I liked the large kitchen garbage can.

Thanks so much for the review and the great feedback. Large trash can? Not silly! We're going to mention that to other owners. It's those types of "guest things" that we love to know and pass on to other property owners of ours. Thanks again~ David & Rhonda

Our place review

Great place to stay! Was very clean with modern updates. I did have to fix a minor sink clog in the bathroom, but nothing I don’t already do at home. The pool was awesome and very relaxing compared to the crowded beach.

Everything we wanted and needed

Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and enjoy several meals. We enjoyed the game shelf and screened-in porch area. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and convenient drive to everything. I would definitely recommend this rental for someone choosing ocean city.

Perfect getaway

Everything went smoothly with this property. The communication was excellent. The condo was as expected. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the basic kitchen supplies we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It worked well for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds. Close to the beach and we also loved the pool. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient

The place was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. It is comfortable, spacious, and decorated nicely. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The shuttle bus stop is very close, affordable and convenient. The pool hrs were short and the water cool. The late check in time and early check out time was a little inconvenient. Not recommended for the elderly due to three flights of stairs. Overall a very nice place.

Thank you for the 5-star review and your feedback. We ask our guests to please be understanding of our check-in/ checkout times. Our commitment is to our cleaning teams that we do not rush their very important job of getting the unit ready for our guests. If we are able to get our guests in early, we will text them to let them know. If you arrive early there are lots of restaurants and things to do prior to check-in. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and everything that Ocean City has to offer. We hope to see you again. David and Rhonda

Nice

Very quiet location on harbor side. Older condos but updated and clean. Pool is large and is open everyday from 10 to 7 which was awesome and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. No parties and late nite activities here. Unit is on 3rd floor which isn’t ideal if you packing for a family with 2 babies but it was very nice inside and we would definitely stay again

Nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a bit dated including the appliances. Nice screened in patio with a ceiling fan. The pool is pretty big, but you need to get there early for a seat. It being on the third floor was a bit too much for me and my wife with 2 kids and all our stuff.
