This 2 BR 2 BA end unit feels much larger than the other units in the building and its location insulates you from hallway noise.
It features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those nights you want to eat in. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, a DVD player, wireless internet and a washer & dryer. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great place to stay in excellent location. Heads up you need to make the beds-not a big deal just cumbersome if you arrive close to bedtime live we did. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans but make sure to bring your owns seasonings and oils if you’re gonna cook. Good for one meal. Hosts were responsive.

Very clean, the linen and towel service was great, kitchen in good order, Visitor information folder instructions and information was good.
