Some of the recent updates to this condo include new vinyl flooring and new bathrooms. The kitchen also includes updates such as stainless steel appliances for your cooking needs. The first bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom includes two twin beds. The living room also has a sleep sofa and 2 sleep chairs that fold into a full-sized bed so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo also has cable and SMART TVs so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (requires logging in with your own credentials). Other features of this condo are a stacked washer and dryer for laundry needs and two assigned parking spots. Located in midtown Ocean City, this condo is surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores and is a in a perfect location. This is a second story condo with no elevator so this will require taking stairs to access.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
