Fantastic location, great view, would definitely recommend and would rent again!

This condo was the perfect location for my family. Walk right onto the beach, great little pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would say if you care about watching tv via apps, the tv only has cable and there was little to watch for my child or the adults. Highly suggest the owners upgrade tv with a fire stick or roku so people can log in to their own accounts.There is a deck to sit outside but I really with there was a light so you can enjoy it after the sun goes down.

More Hassle Than A Pleasure Trip

The picture listed shows more of the ocean than what you can actually see on the condo balcony. The dunes in front of the balcony are high and blocks most of the ocean view for a shorter person, however, my significant other at 6'3" could see a little more of the ocean than I could. Condo was furnished comfortably, some wear and tear expected but the refrigerator was rusty and could have been easily painted with appliance paint. Cute patio decorations and the bed was medium firmness. My biggest concern was the loudness and cooling of the window ac units. When the television is on at the same time, hearing the TV is impossible unless the volume is up high. The same applies to the TV in the bedroom that had a poor quality picture. Reported to mgnt - never addressed. AC is on the same circuit as the baseboard heat. It took 4 days before we realized the heat was on at the same time, thus the AC running 24/7 and maintaining a temperature at 75-78°. The management company address the problem within hours. Also, dust webs hanging from the ceiling and ceiling fans in living and bedroom. Needs a good professional cleaning. I spent the first hour cleaning basic areas of the condo. Moisture absorbing containers throughout to reduce an odor we couldn't cover with Lysol air deodorizer. The bathroom was the best of all, large, nice shower, and has plenty of counter space. It's close to the ocean and has a nice swimming pool. I wish there would have been more recent reviews when I booked.

Bright, comfortable and clean.

I liked the easy access to unit and beach. Security codes were effective and easy to use for all creating less hassle with keys. Very clean and beautiful view. I could see sunrise from my porch. Only drawback is the one parking place. With only half units occupied, maybe we could have had second parking spot. Overall I loved it🙂

Sunrises every morning were gorgeous. Restaurants nearby excellent. Ocean and beach short walk. Surf fishing was more than expected. Wish I knew the beach gear that the condo provided so not to bring my own.

Beautiful Condo

The condo has a great location with good upgrades. It was fairly well supplied and adequately clean for an Ocean City short term rental. The air conditioners were super loud and the shower pressure is less than desired, but for a short term rental these aren’t deal breakers. Unfortunately, check-in was completely unsatisfactory as we reached out several times prior to our rental to arrange a key pickup or lockbox since we were coming from quite a distance, the management company was completely unhelpful and after driving 90 minutes out of our way we discovered the property had a lockbox after all. While we appreciate the management company has to adhere to regulations, we believe they could have worked with us. Overall we would recommend the rental but not the management company.

Apartment was wonderful- some tenants not so much

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the rental company as well as the property itself. The a couple thing left to be desired was the president of that community and her attitude towards renters. Also parking was an issue, it only allows for one car per rental which made it very difficult for families with multiple cars or visiting guests.
