To provide our guests with a clean and sanitized home, our cleaning service cleans AND disinfects all high-touch surfaces in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, keyboards, handles, toilets, appliances, etc.).
We also feature no contact checkin, no need to go anywhere to get keys or checkin.
Our 1 Bedroom Direct Oceanfront first floor condo is located right in the middle of Ocean City Md. Our place is located close to everything Ocean City has to offer. Convenient to all of Ocean City and a minute walk to the beach. Relax & enjoy our home that is close to many of Ocean City's attractions. The World Famous Boardwalk & Thrasher’s Fries to the sunbathing on the free beach, you can never run out of things to do. A short walk to the new Mid-Town Boardwalk, the Dough Roller and miniature golf. We offer most of the amenities of your own home including a coffee maker, hair dryer, beach stuff, a comfortable King size bed, & many other extras!!! Newly updated Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, & microwave, cookware and utensils. Smart TV's in the bedroom and in the Living room. Some Books/games are there for your use. The couch pulls out to a full size bed. Also there is a washer & dryer located inside our place, so bring detergent and dryer sheets. Bring your devices, we have secured wireless internet which is included!!

Great location. Takes all of 60 seconds to walk from the unit to the beach. Nice view of the ocean over the dunes from the balcony. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again!

The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

This condo was an amazing location by the beach. The only negative thing I have to say is that the property owners requested we bring basic essentials to the property like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. I feel for the price, those basic items should have been included.

Checking in process was easy. The owner responded right away with any questions/concerns. The property was right next to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Overall, it was a great vacation spot.

Bate vacation Summer 2024

This is our third time staying at the property and we absolutely love it. The condo is wonderful! Everything you need is nearby and you’re literally steps from the beach. You can sit on the balcony and look at the water and watch the beautiful sunrise. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this place will not disappoint.

Book this condo instead of a hotel room!

This oceanfront condo was perfect for a long weekend for 2. It’s updated, comfortable, and literally right on the beach. Definitely book this listing if you’re considering a hotel room. It offers so much more for your $$, and it is much more comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay again!

Nice cozy stay

Listing was accurate and the place was clean. So convenient being right next to the beach with our 2 year old son. We enjoyed the sunrises from the porch and the view of the ocean. It was just the right amount space for the 3 of us. Plenty of linens and towels as needed.

Sunrise view from the balcony!

Perfect for 2 or 3 people. 1st floor and still see the ocean and sunrise from inside! Beach is right there, with huge seashells, dolphins in the water, pelicans diving... Condo is nice inide, bed comfy, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen setup, tv, ac at each end. Owners seem wonderful and care about their condo.

Does not disappoint!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and we absolutely fell in love with this condo! The location is perfect and the balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking! We loved listening to the waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony. The bed is really comfortable, and this condo is fully equipped with everything you would need to never leave. The owner is very communicative and helpful. We did have a problem with the AC in the bedroom when we first arrived and he quickly sent someone out to fix it. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Incredible Place!

Right on the beach. It was nice to sit on the back patio after we soaked up all the sun for the day! Management was great! Very attentive and friendly. The property was clean when we showed up and the leaving procedures were mapped out well so it wasn't a hassle when leaving. Some other tenants on their balconies do smoke so be ready for that. Can't control other people's actions and it doesn't smell like smoke inside so it's not a huge problem, just something to be ready for. Would definitely rent again.

Piece of Heaven In Ocean City

Being Seniors(70/67), we loved the cleanliness of the condo, the close proximity to the beach, large master bedroom, cozy deck facing the beach, ocean, and daily sunrises along with a very comfortable family room and a very functional kitchen. Seagulls, pelicans, dolphins and neighborhood foxes were wonderful to see. A very wild outside dune garden with cactii and other vegetation. Short drive to Assateague National Park and rode bikes seeing dozens of wild horses on the trails. Walking distance to many eateries, shops, and markets. Hosts Julie and Joe were wonderful for all of their accomodations. 6 Star rating out of 5! Hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

Great location, a few frustrations

Great location right on the beach with plenty of goodies provided by owner to bring to beach (umbrella, towels, toys, etc). It's a two minute walk from the front door to the water. On the downside: owner forgot to give us the door code before arrival, which caused some stress as we had no way to get in for the first 20-30 minutes. Received conflicting instructions regarding bedding, towels, and checkout prior to arrival. A really large damage deposit vs other places we've stayed which VRBO takes 2 weeks to refund. And the bedroom A/C unit is too noisy to sleep. We turned it off, turned fans to full blast and finally fell asleep at 1am the first night. If the above were fixed, it would be a 4-5 star stay.

While the provided photos of the property do a good job showing the layout, the entire experience was disconnected and unclean. First, the host did not communicate well prior to our visit. He did not reply to questions that were asked and did not share check-in materials to us prior to travel. We had to call Vrbo so that they could directly contact him. Then, when we did get instructions, they contradicted the notes left onsite. This led to a lot of confusion. Next, the cleanliness. There was a burn spot on the carpet that the host was not even aware of. There was a blood spot on the bed comforter. Finally, the shower curtain needed cleaned badly. There was pink mold growing on it - evidence that it had not been cleaned at all recently. The host is not in touch with the property and, because of this, the property was not well kept. KEEP SCROLLING - THE ROOM ITSELF HAD A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON OUR ENTIRE STAY.

Well this is contradictory to what actually happened. This person is a pain in the ass I was responsive to every question you had! The burnt spot was actually a chocolate stain which was cleaned up after you got the heck out! The red spot, the size of drop, wasn't blood. Beware of this renter, you're in for a ride! The review you left is contradictory to everybody that stays, with repeated guests. Go troll someone else!!

Perfect Getaway

Great location! It was wonderful being oceanfront with super convenient beach access. The condo was spacious for a one bedroom. The kids slept on the sofa bed, so it may have been cramped if we were staying longer than a weekend. We had perfect weather, so we spent most of our time on the beach and out and about.

Perfect little 1st story condo on the beach

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo the past week! My family enjoyed the easy access to and from the beach everyday. There were minimal views of the beach from the balcony (as mentioned), but it was still a great view of the ocean, sunrises, dunes, plants and wildlife. The condo was well equipped with everything needed, you just need to bring food! The beach wagon, chairs, beach toys, towels etc were all ready to use. Bed was comfortable. Condo is close to downtown attractions. We did have one electrical issue, but it was fixed right away. Communication with manager was quick and professional. Would stay again, thank you!
