For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This wonderful 2 BR 2 BA has wood style laminate throughout the unit. The kitchen has newer style cabinetry, granite countertops, beautiful subway tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. There are also several recent furnishings added including a dining room table. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a pyramid style bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

Located on 103rd street in the Atlantis, you will be in a great location to enjoy all that North Ocean City has to offer. There are movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, wave runners, stand up paddleboards, Mopeds and even water slides all just a short drive away. You will also be close to Northside Park for participating in sporting events taking in the Sunday fireworks! Parents will love easy access to 2 grocery stores, department stores and some of the best restaurants/bars that Ocean City has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* There is $40 Registration fee that is due at check-in. It is paid in cash to security at check-in.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. An additional parking spot is available on a first come/ first served basis and is $10/ per day. It is paid in cash to security at check-in.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 104th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
