Upon arrival there is a $75 registration fee that is required to be paid to the front desk at Golden Sands. You will receive 1 assigned parking spot and any additional parking can be purchased at the condominium building for an additional fee.

This condo has many amenities available including indoor and outdoor.
Indoor: Swimming pool, adult fitness center, sun room, game room, Men's and Ladies Saunas, and a locker & shower facility.
Outdoor: Tiki bar & grill, recreational deck, large outdoor pool, private beach access, tennis and volleyball courts, and pickle ball/shuffleboard courts.
There is also 24/7 year round security making sure the building is safe and secure at all times.
The Banquet Hall is private and is for events/wedding venue only and is not a restaurant!
