A Bayside Boaters' Paradise - Pool - Family Fun - Next to Convention Center

Enjoy bay views while just two blocks from the beach!

Adjacent to Convention Center.

This lovely bayside condo has access two elevators, an outdoor pool, off street parking and boat / jet ski docking. (Boat Registration and Docking information can be sent, please request and I'll send you the information. Docks are run by the condo association and there is a fee for dock rental, event trailers and storing your trailer onsite)

The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony overlooking the bay and pool.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air (no linens are provided). There 3 television sets with YouTube TV and wi-fi. New style sofa bed, see images to decide what type of sheets you want to bring.

The unit is NON-SMOKING.

Around the 2nd week of June through the end of September - Saturday to Saturday Weekly rentals ONLY. (Only exception is within 2 days of rental dates you can rent shorter time frames by contacting the owner to unlock the weekly rental for Mini Weeks and mini week pricing)

Other Dates, 2 night Minimum.

Thunder Island Condominium Association permits rentals exclusively to family groups. Non-family, non-chaperoned, high school, or college groups are not permitted in Thunder Island. In addition, the number of Lessees occupying the property shall not at any time exceed the maximum limit set.
Identification of all occupants must be furnished. Violation of any of these policies can result in denial of access to property, cancellation of the reservation, and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

The pool is an outdoor pool and is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day, but no guarantee when it will open/close for the season. The Management company decides the pool open/close dates.

The condo association does not allow renters to bring pets. The property is Pets by owner only.

Great 2BR, 2 Bath condo right on the bay, with large balcony and pool. Perfect location as we needed to be at the convention center and it was right next door. Condo was clean and spacious and absolutely met our needs. Would highly recommend.

It started off rough, but the host took care of the problem. After that everything was great. Beautiful views and the place were great for our family. Plenty of room for 6 people. It is next door to convention center and walking distance to the beach.

Couldn’t get any better!

Everything was perfect about this property. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful, and the balcony was our favorite hang out. The furniture was so comfortable! Also, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental property that was better equipped. We found the dolly in the closet after we moved in, but it made moving out so much easier. Not a critique, but I am glad I brought a night mask because there is a light on the walkway outside the bedroom window. Otherwise, sleep came easily since it felt like we had the property to ourselves: we didn’t hear a peep from any other unit! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location and the condo. We’ve vacationed in OCMD many times, but we’ve always stayed closer to the boardwalk side of the island for our kids sake. Now that our kids are closer to their teenage years, we decided to stay here instead. We all enjoyed being a bit away from the hustle of the boardwalk area, while still only a 10 minute drive from the boardwalk. The best part of being a bit away from the boardwalk side was the beach. The beach was so much nicer and calm here. There didn’t seem to be as many day trippers. If you stay close to the boardwalk, the public lots are all there, so it tends to draw a less savory crowd - loud music, littering, cigarettes, cursing in front of the kids, etc. We prefer a more mellow beach experience and this definitely was way more chill.
