Located in Thunder Island - Private Community. Across the street from Castle in the Sand Hotel and next to the Convention Center. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo on Ground floor overlooking the Bay. Amazing Sunset views!! Queen Bed in each Bedroom, with bedding. Two newly renovated Full Baths, one with large stand-up shower, other has shower with bathtub. Hair Dryers provided. Newly renovated kitchen with all cooking and eating necessities provided. Large open entertaining area with sectional couch, electric fireplace, and pub style dining area. Oversized porch with outdoor table/chairs and sitting area with gate access to go directly onto the docks. Washer and Dryer in unit. Wi-Fi included and TV/Cable in living room and bedrooms. Two parking spaces provided. Boat slips available. Fish directly outside the porch. Access to the outdoor community pool, and picnic area. Great Location for Convention Center Events

This unit was BETTER in person than in pictures. We arrived to a plate of cookies and water bottles in the fridge. The view is stunning, the home was spotless, and there were even spare toothbrushes in the bathroom - it’s almost like the hosts knew me (but they don’t) - I always forget SOMETHING random, and this time it was a toothbrush (and socks). We were in town for an event at the convention center and from past experience know parking can be a disaster, so booked here, and the weekend could not have been any easier. The weather was not great but we still managed to enjoy some patio time and get some great sunset photos on the bay. The first night there was heavy rain predicted (and delivered) and the host messaged me to warn me about where rainwater pools heavily on the road and to advise me of the best place to park my car. I cannot think of a single thing that could have made this stay easier or nicer (on the part of the host - I personally could have packed socks, and mother nature could have thrown us a bone haha!)

Sunsets to die for

The place was newly renovated and perfectly apportioned for a small group of friends. Comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities in every room. The host was appropriately, communicative and considerate. Our favorite part was sitting in the living room at the end of the day facing out at the bay through the entire wall of sliding glass door windows. The sunsets over the bay and made the whole trip worth it! You should definitely stay here. It was lovely.

Fabulous Bayside Condo

We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Festival and it was great! Location was perfect as we could hop on the bus right in front of the convention center. The condo was sparkling clean and Terry had thought of everything to make us feel at home…we loved snacking on the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived! We were also amazed at the view of the bay when we opened the condo door - beautiful. Terry made everything so easy for us and he was also super responsive to messages. Best VRBO experience ever! Thanks Terry!
