Host was extremely responsive. A little disappointed in the unit and not able to access the beach due to erosion from the storm.

Stacy The one thing we cannot control is he weather, and the beach erosion due to the storm. Being right on the beach, and not being able to enjoy it is a bummer. Thanks for staying with us. Ken

Ken was easy to communicate with. The view was wonderful and it was just an easy walk over the dune to get to the beach. The condo is at a great midtown location.

The owner was always willing to email me back about any questions I had. The condo was a perfect set up for us. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with utensils, pans and everything needed to cook there. The location is also amazing! Checking in and getting door codes was seamless. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Host was easy to communicate with. Beautiful kitchen and open area. Master bedroom was ice cold compared to other rooms and 2nd bathroom is tiny. Not a host issue, but just FYI. We hope to come back in the future.

The place was just as described. It was clean and pretty much had every amenity we could think of. The newly renovated kitchen was very nice. We received a call from our host Todd, checking to make sure everything was alright, that was a very nice touch. Loved the room, loved the stay and will be back again for sure. Highly recommend!!!

Cynthia, The view & location was the main reason we bought the Condo. We wanted ocean front, 2nd floor with a great view in mid town steps away from the ocean. Glad you & your family had a good time and enjoyed your stay. Thanks, Ken.

Rooms with a View

The place had the most beautiful view from the deck area & living room. My adult children had easy access to visit the beach & bar scene. Ken (the owner) was very responsive to all of our needs!

Beautiful view, great location . We had a wonderful long weekend, family trip. Parking was a bit tight for my Grand Cherokee. We happened to be there with the nor’easter storm that came through. I felt very safe in this building even though we were very close to the beach/water. I would definitely like to stay again maybe when the weather is a little warmer with the beach open.

We enjoyed our stay very much - we were very comfortable in the space, the view is great and being pet friendly is something hard to find in OC. The only thing about the pics of the place is there is no bunk bed as was depicted at the time.

Peter, We thank you for your very nice review, and apologise for the bunk bed which was replaced with matching double beds. The bunk bed was extremely heavy and was difficult to clean as it was very difficult to move. We are in the process of updating the photos. Thanks, Ken

Great family friendly place!

This place was awesome! It overlooked the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Ken was available if we needed him, and was very helpful through the whole booking process and through the trip. If you are a family with young kids this place is perfect for you!
