Cheerful condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and Southern exposure in small 4 story building with an elevator.Well maintained, and decorator furnished, situated on a very uncrowded and wide beach. There is garage parking with two assigned spaces close to the elevator. Building has an outside shower. Owner provides linens (if you wish to use them, but must be laundered and folded before check-out). Owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. There are 3 flat screens TVs. Washer and dryer in unit. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Lovely 60 foot wrap around balcony. Excellent mid-town location 4 blocks from Rt. 90 bridge. Walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Minimum age to rent: 25, sorry no Senior Week rentals permitted in this building.

Fantastic Stay

This property is in a great location with spectacular views. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay at this property when visiting Ocean City again.

The view!!!

An oceanfront condo that allows dogs is nearly impossible to find! We are very lucky to have found Kelley's condo and hope to stay here again. The ocean views are beautiful and the furnishings are very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Amazing end of summer trip😊

We took an end of summer trip with our 14 year old dog. The condo and the area were perfect for us!! You can walk to everything you need and the condo is so clean!! Kelley was amazing and everything went perfectly. The view from the deck is truly amazing !!! We will definitely return to FLIP FLOP FLAT😊👍

Flip Flop Flat

We had a wonderful stay at Flip Flop Flat. The condo is perfect!! It is very comfortable and has everything you need! The view from the main room and huge wrap around deck are stunning!!! Great restaurants nearby! The best part was feeling like you’re on the beach without even having to leave the condo!!! Loved it!!!!!!

Amazing Rental

This rental was amazing. The building was located in the middle of the OC strip, near 90 which makes it just north of the boardwalk, but still on the beach. The walk to the beach was so easy, just take the elevator down, then through the garage, and there it is. We spent a whole day on the beach using the beach chairs found in the foyer closet in the unit. It was a bit too cold for water play, but sitting in the sand reading was the most relaxing time. There are restaurants all around, many in walking distance. The grocery store was just a few minutes north. We enjoyed watching the ocean all day from the balcony. The corner windows in this unit offered amazing views from the couch in comfort. It was a bit rainy the day we arrived, but we were still excited being there. The internet is strong and fast enough for our needs. My son had online college to do our first night there, and had no issues at all. One morning, we were fortunate to see dolphins for over an hour go up/down the coast near the beach. We also saw a red fox running around at dusk. The parking spot for this unit is by far the best in the entire garage, just in front of the elevators. The kitchen has all the appliances/pots pans/dishes you need. We didn't really use much as we enjoyed take out and eating out most of the time. The coffee pot is for k-cups which we loved. There are plenty of linens available, but we brought our own. I find that easier to do. We woke up on our day of departure, pulled our sheets and blankets off the bed - grabbed our dirty towels and just bagged them up to wash at home. Saves time from having to wash linens that belong in the condo. Then its easy to simply replace the unused bed covers that were provided. There was plenty of TP and supplies, but we brought more and left some behind to "pay it forward" All in all, the best long weekend we have had in a very long time. This rental is now on the top of my list for any future visits to OC!!

Perfect OC getaway with all the comforts of home

We just returned from a 5-night stay at the lovely Flip Flop Flat in OC and couldn't have had a more comfortable, restful, and enjoyable stay. Our host Kelly has done an incredible job in renovating her condo in an otherwise older 4-story building. Her attention to detail and pride in her seaside retreat is evident from the selection of kitchen supplies and dishware to her flip flop themed decorative touches throughout the unit. Nothing feels like it was a dollar store purchase or hand-me-down put to use in the rental, if you know what I mean. And the king and queen beds are sooooo comfortable! We slept peacefully every night. Kelly is a fantastic communicator and we always felt we could touch base if we wanted to. (And we did!) She is very responsive and easy to talk to. She is also generous with her supplies and suggests an honor system to replace any products you used up. Other VRBO owners wouldn't leave you with a roll of TP to get started! Do be prepared with your planning with regard to linens. It's such a catch-22 to use the unit's bed linens and towels, but then you have to wash, dry, and fold when you could be enjoying a last few minutes with a cup of coffee on the balcony or a walk on the beach. Check out is early at 10:30am, so it would be tricky to get all that done and pack out. We took another guest's suggestion and brought our own linens, which was a better plan for us. The second floor unit has a spectacular view of the ocean over the dunes. We were there in early May so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. And again about attention to detail - Kelly has hightop outdoor chairs that are very comfortable and lift you up so your view is not blocked by the balcony railing. So smart! The wraparound balcony gives you a lot of space although the side balcony is overshadowed by the building next door. We typically stay in Bethany for our getaways but we now have a little dog and couldn't find a place that would accommodate her. Kelly generously allows dogs, which was great. Although it wasn't requested, we brought an extra king bedsheet to cover the sofa. It's difficult to find a place to walk the dog around that area, which is either beach or a concrete jungle. We met a lot of dogs so folks are not deterred by the lack of green space. BTW, dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 1 - September 30, so keep that in mind. In all, we had a fantastic visit and can highly recommend the Flip Flop Flat! We would definitely go back.

OCMD Paradise!

Bad news: this gorgeous property’s very large wraparound deck — complete with a hammock and a half dozen Adirondack chairs — is so picturesque and inviting you may never want to leave it to venture a few hundred feet to great the ocean that whispers your name with each breeze! Beautiful deck with breathtaking view! Good news: this condo is immaculate. Ultra clean. Stocked with anything and everything you may ever need. Creativity decorated … we loved the flip-flop trim and theme throughout. Community with the owner is second to none. She is thoughtful and considerate of special need families and … loves dogs! This stay was truly paradise and we will always treasure our stay in this flawless OCMD oceanfront condo! Kudos to Kelley!

We had a great time. This is a beautiful condo. The wrap around ocean front porch is to die for. King bed was super comfy. Everything you could possibly need. All we had to do was pick up food at the grocery store.

Not your typical rental property. It felt like a home

Beautifully decorated, but you didn't feel like you were staying in a museum. It was comfortable and tasteful. All amenities were fabulous! And of course the view is to die for. Kelley was quick to respond and was easy to get a hold of (not that there were any issues during our stay.) It's a wonderful place and I look forward to staying there in the future. Thank you Kelley!

Serenity at the Beach

Kelly was great in communication The condo was just as pictured and beautifully done. Hard to believe it’s a rental. As a prior owner her renters appreciated the condo as if it was their own. Perfect location. Beautiful view. The owner thought of everything in the event you forgot something. And loved the drop off baskets for things as you walk in area to leave your shoes before the corridor. Will be staying again.
