Gorgeous 2 bed, 2 bath 1st floor condo is on 42nd st. Ocean side! Nestled in the heart of Ocean City. Newly renovated, modern and clean condo sleeps 6 has everything you need to feel like you’re at home away from home! Beautifully decorated and complete with stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, a color changing gas fireplace and a 75” tv in the living room. Both bedrooms also feature large Tv's.
Tv's all have basic cable and all your favorite streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Apple Tv, Prime, Disney and Paramount+. Linens and towels are provided as well as all bathroom amenities.

The space
If you’d rather be outside, the beach is a just a few steps away which makes it easy to head back for lunch and kick back on the new Outdoor furniture on the sunny patio.

There’s a private parking lot for 1 car, with public street parking right in front of the condo.

Just steps to the beach, convention center and walking distance to the bars such as Seacrets, Coconuts and Taphouse. Mini golf and indoor arcade are also within walking distance this condo location makes it the perfect midtown vacation spot for families and groups of people of all ages.

The unit was beautiful, updated and had everything we needed. We were steps from the ocean and loved how empty the beach was this time of year. We enjoyed sitting on the beach watching pods of dolphins swim by. Mike was quick to respond! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

As we entered into the condo we were welcomed with a clean newly renovated space. It was perfect for what we needed for our vacation. Close enough to the beach, bay, restaurants and shopping. We could sit on the front patio and watch the cars (for the car show) drive down the strip or head to beach in no time at all. Ample space inside the condo to spread out.

Exceptional condo

This first floor condo was full of new appliances and well appointed. Easy access to the beach and across the street from the convention center. The host was outstanding and prompt in his communications. From beach chairs to spices and coffee pods ... the host is generous with all supplies. Highly recommend and we would rent again and again.
