This oceanblock home is right up from the beach and includes beautiful floors and lots of space to enjoy during a fun-filled vacation. You'll have free WiFi to help you research a fun new adventure, and the private balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee before heading out to the water. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare a delicious meal and you can enjoy your masterpiece at the dining table with seating for six.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was perfect for our needs 2 bedrooms one with a half bath in it. Close to the boardwalk. Husband could sat out on the porch and watch the cars go by.

Quite disappointed

When I booked the property it stated that there was a private washer and dryer and then I found out after I was there that there wasn't one at all. The air conditioner units are really LOUD and they were very dirty. There was dust on shelves also. I ended up getting there after 10 pm and the after hours check in process definitely needs work. I waited at the office for a half an hour for someone to get back to me, then drove to the property, only to be told that I had to go back to the office and do something else.

The location is really convenient.

The 2nd bedroom is really big with 2 full sized beds. There’s also a half bathroom that’s great if you have children. The downside is the parking. You have to fit your car in a tiny spot right off the busy street. The queen size bed is horrible and makes a noise anytime you move a muscle. This was our 3rd year at this location, overall it’s great.

Thank you for the information, Krista, unfortunately parking is out of our control, however it is unique that in this area of downtown that the condo offers free private parking at all. The majority of these homes do not have any parking availability and this one offers you a parking spot directly in front of the home - this is a rare gem to find! We regret that the bed was not suitable for your party and appreciate this feedback as an area to improve upon in the future. In regards to the cleaning issues experienced, we sincerely apologize and have alerted housekeeping management to address this issue. We hope to have the opportunity to truly impress you in the future.
