[ ***The top and bottom levels are not adjoined; they are accessed separately. ***] The second level includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 Bedrooms, and a Bath. The full kitchen is set with a standard coffee maker, cookware, and utensils to meet your culinary needs. The dining table has seating for 4, a plush couch, accent chairs, and a TV with cable in Wi-Fi in the living room. (BR1) has a Queen bed, TV, and closet for your beach attire, and (BR2) has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a closet. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination unit. Renn House has a large fenced-in yard with plenty of room for your pet to run and play and for all to enjoy outdoor games. There is also a screened-in porch a large deck and a charcoal grill for outdoor relaxation.
