Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fabulous

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. I would certainly stay again. The only thing that needs improvement is the kitchen needed a better cleaning!

The check in process was a train wreck

The room was pretty nice. The carpet could really use a thorough cleaning but the rest of the room was very nice and had everthing we were hoping for. The only real complaint I have is the check in process. It all started with the link that was texted to me that would not open. So i call the 1-800 number included in that text (this was while sitting in the parking lot, after realizing there was no on sight management). I was instructed to drive to another location to check in and get my keys. Well that building was closed down and had a peice of paper on the door saying to go to yet another location to check in. So i go to that location to be met with a fairly rude women, which told me i needed to go back to the other location to enter a code into a lock box on the side of the building. I seriously drove all over town for about an hour just to get my room keys. This was after driving 4 hours, with 2 hungry and tired toddlers in the back seat. All because of a link that did not work and poor customer service. Like i said, a train wreck. Doubtful I'll be using this app again.

Lovely View

Perfectly located with a beautiful oceanfront view. Condo had a nice layout. Unfortunately it was dirty. Kitchen floor was sticky, no mopping had been done. Dry egg on stove. Kitchen sink was dirty with a dirty dish sponge. Bedroom #2 had dirty tissues next bed on floor, it’s bathroom had urine on floor in front of toilet. Bathroom #3 had an unflushed toilet! Bedroom #1, carpet not vacuumed, pieces of tissue/toilet paper. Bloody pillow! And what looked like bloody spots on carpet next to bed. My husband and I had to clean everything ourselves and washed all the bedding. Very disappointing. I thought going through this company would be good. We should have gone through another company that we had a good experience with, (whom I am not allowed to mention in this post). Also the “starter kit of supplies they listed were not there as well.
