Great Place....just with bugs
This review is based on a deep concern regarding the unresolved bug infestation issue in my rented property . After 3 days of repeated attempts to bring this matter to your attention, I received a phone call stating action will be taken (implying that day). Again, 3 more days have passed with no response nor action from your team. We have since checked out of the unit. As a renter, I understand that occasional maintenance issues may arise. However, the presence of a bug infestation posed a serious health and safety risk, and was imperative that it be addressed promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, this was not been the case in my situation. It made the weekly rental and subsequently our vacation very uncomfortable. My efforts to contact you and for a swift resolution were met with silence, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected as a paying customer.

Good & Bad Experience
We had an amazing time, everything was near by, only thing I wished is that the floor was clean because our feet were super black and there was floss under our bed. I also didn’t like how workers would be up cutting wood and making noise at 8 in the morning or climbing on our patio to paint while we are on vacation trying to have a peaceful rest. Other than that we had a good time.

Great location and spacious condo.
The property is going under renovation for the whole entire building and we have to deal with contractor workers getting access to the rear patio of this condo during our stay. The property offers a lot of amenities and it is very well located.

Family Vacation
This place looked just like advertised including the pool. The place was also clean and had a couple of odds and ends available for use at the beach. We were a bit disappointed though as there were several things that were lacking. We had a family of 6, so the sleeper bed had to be used. However, extra sheets nor blankets were provided. Also, only 4 towels were provided, no extra tiolet paper or trash bags and the remote control for the master bedroom was missing. I also suggest maybe having more than two pillows on the master bed. Our stay will have been better if it wasn't for the shortcomings we experienced.
