Welcome to our 1st Floor Villa in the the beautiful gated community inside River Crossing at Barefoot Resort.

If you are looking for a get away whether for the beach, golf or shopping, this Beautiful Condo is for you. Enjoy, the bright and spacious rooms with all the comforts of home that also includes a Pool & Picnic Barbecue area on property.

During the season, Shuttles provide transportation to the Grand Strands largest pool at North Tower, to the Beach and also to the shopping at Barefoot Landing.

When you return from your activities, enjoy your entertaining into the living room with large screen TV, ceiling fan and sliding door which takes you onto a patio overlooking a pond with a fountain. Here you can relax, play games with the kids or just close your eyes and listen to the soothing sounds of nature and the weather the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, master bathroom suite, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and full bath in the adjacent hallway.

The kitchen has brand new appliances with plenty of room to cook your gourmet meals. A full washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

**No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.

**Non-Smoking Unit. No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Guest must be 25 years and older with a copy of a valid driver’s license. If you have children, a Responsible Adult over the age of 25 must be present.

**No pets allowed. "Comfort" or "Emotional" support animals are non service animals under SC State Law (Section 47-3-990)

Wonderful property!

We loved this unit. Clean, beautifully decorated, lots of towels, comfortable bed. Privacy--it was very quiet. So easy to communicate with the property owners!

Great stay

We stayed here while in town for our daughters softball tournament. This property was in the perfect location and very nice. The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and felt like home! Definitely a great place to stay.
