You’ll appreciate the peaceful setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room with TV, bookshelf, board games, and a half-bath. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed, 160x200), one bedroom (2 single beds), one bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom (shower + bathtub + double sink), separate toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to a covered patio with a barbecue and patio furniture, lounge chairs, a storage/laundry room where you can store your sports equipment (including a foosball table), a playground with swings, a slide, and a football field. Beds are made upon arrival. Heating, electricity, firewood, bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are additional (€70/stay). Baby gear available. Non-smoking cottage. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: hiking trails and a multi-sport field in the village; the historic centre of TROYES and factory outlets are 10 km away; lakes are 25 km away; Chaource is 20 km away; hiking trails on-site.
