Located above the Domaine Boudes Plaisir winery, this cottage welcomes you to an exceptional setting in the heart of the charming wine-growing village of Boudes, in the Pays d'Issoire region. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it perfectly combines modern amenities, a friendly atmosphere, and an authentic winegrowing ambiance. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the bright and spacious spaces, the tasteful decor, and the high-end amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing delicious meals to share around the large family table. The comfortable living room invites you to relax with unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Outside, enjoy a spacious terrace overlooking the vineyards and the charming village: a true haven of peace for your sunset aperitifs. At the rear, a boules pitch promises convivial moments with family or friends. As a bonus, experience a total immersion in the world of winemaking and interact with the passionate winemakers who will show you around the superb winemaking cellar with its imposing amphorae and their barrel cellar (tastings can be arranged to discover the local wines upon request). The cottage comprises, on the same level: - a large living room with an open kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace - the "Gamay" bedroom and the "Syrah" bedroom, each with a queen-size bed - the "Pinot Noir" bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together thanks to an ingenious system - a large bathroom - a separate toilet - a laundry room - the "Chardonnay" bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together - a shower room/toilet Nearby attractions: the Vallée des Saints in Boudes (a true Auvergne Colorado), vineyards, ski resorts 35 minutes away, the Auvergne Animal Park (and its endangered species), as well as numerous hiking trails.
