Apartment near port and sandy beach. The main seaside resort is only 700 meters away

Our cozy apartment "Romantica" in the southernmost seaside resort on the island of Rügen offers space for four people.

The two rooms are spacious and bright. The decor is well maintained. Sloping ceilings, curtains and pleats / roller blinds make the accommodation very homely.
The apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) and in the living area there are two cocktail chairs and a large (sleeping) sofa and a flat-screen TV.
In the separate bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and two single beds (the sofa bed with 1.40 x 2.00 m lying area in the living area is possible as an additional bed). The bathroom is brightly tiled and also has natural light. Shower, toilet and vanity are available there.
The apartment has central heating (the tiled stove is powered by central natural gas, but looks just as romantic as wood-powered).
6 terraces / sitting areas are distributed around our two houses. Of course, garden use is also possible, as well as a grill and child-friendly play area. Bicycle use also included. - If necessary, ask the landlord for a baby / toddler bed for your apartment.
Also available in the apartment and around the house: digital satellite TV, W-LAN, garden / terrace furniture, sandpit, children's slide, parking space directly at the property, bicycle shed (here are also the seat cushions for the outdoor furniture) etc.

Important note: In high season 1 from the beginning of July to the beginning of September, the day of departure must be a Saturday (otherwise we cannot confirm your booking). In the other seasons, every weekday can be the day of departure. For certain seasons, a minimum stay of 3 to a maximum of 7 nights applies.

Abenteuer Altefähr

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut und auch die Wirtin war sehr freundlich und hat versucht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie nur möglich zu machen. In der Fe.Wo. war alles sauber und man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Das einzige Manko war, es gab nur einen kleinen Kiosk, wenn man einkaufen wollte für Frühstück und Abendbrot musste man nach Stralsund. Bei unserer Anreise an einem Mittwoch hatte nur 1 Gaststätte geöffnet und auch die Folgetage waren kaum besser. Als staatl. anerkanntes Seebad wird natürlich auch eine sogenannte Bettensteuer fällig, ohne dass auch nur 1 Veranstaltung für Urlauber geboten wurde oder wird. Das einzig Schöne ist die wunderbare Natur auf der ganzen Insel, die für alles entschädigt.

Katastrophal wenn mann eine Familie über einen hat die keine Rücksicht nimmt.

Das Haus an sich ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist gut. Im Haus Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das einzige was uns leider extrem gestört hat. Natürlich kann die Vermieterin nix dafür wir haten eine Familie mit Kleinkindern über uns. Du hörst jeden Schritt und Tritt. Und früh um sechs im Urlaub jeden Tag so geweckt werden ist extrem nervig. Aber ansonsten war alles ok. Der eine Stern ist wirklich nur wegen der extremen hellhörigkeit des Hauses.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Schöne Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich. Leider war die Wohnung in der wir waren die Decke sehr niedrig. Also nicht optimal für große Menschen. Ansonsten ist alles da was das Herz begehrt. Vielen Dank.

War sehr schön! Die Wohnung war klein aber alles da was man braucht! Die Besitzer von der Ferienwohnung waren sehr nett! Wir kamen schon sehr früh an und durften trotzdem in die Wohnung! Altefähr ist ein nicht so mit Tourismus überfüllter Ort, was uns sehr gefallen hat!

Party durch den Vermietet

So weit ganz gut bis auf die letzte Nacht. Da hat der Vermieter es vorgezogen seine Gäste bis ca 04:00Uhr in der Nacht mit Lärm zu beschallen was für uns ein absolutes No Go ist!!! Das versprochene WLAN funktionierte nur auf dem Hof und nicht in der Wohnung! Lage top Vermieter naja!!!

Schöne Insel

Altefähr ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt im Süden von Rügen. Der Hafen ist wunderbar und von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Reisen mit Hund geht wirklich sehr gut auf Rügen. Die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Tisch im WZ / Küchenbereich definitiv zu klein. In der Wohnung sollten mal kleine Reparaturarbeiten durch geführt werden. Deswegen bekommt sie von uns nur ein ausreichend. Die Lage war für uns super, der Gastgeber sehr nett.

Gute Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen

Gute gelegene Unterkunft, Parkplatz neben dem Haus, jede FeWo hat einen Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieter (wohnen im Haus) und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten in der FeWo 1 (Dachgeschoss) leider nur einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Sesseln, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen. Ist beim Essen etwas beschwerlich. Den eingezeichneten Tisch auf dem Grundriss gibt es nicht (mehr). Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und die Kühlmöglichkeiten mit Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank mehr als reichlich. Ceranfeld hatte dafür leider nur 2 Platten. Der Gas-Kamin im Wohnbereich heizt gut auch die anderen Räume mit. Einfach Türen auflassen. :-D Eine kurze Einweisung oder eine kleine Gebrauchsanweisung wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Bad ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden (sogar ein Fön) Was man zum Schluss vielleicht erwähnen sollte. Die letzte Treppe zum Dachgeschoss hat offene Stufen und ist für jemanden mit Höhenangst sicher nicht so einfach zu bewältigen. Für den Preis kann man die FeWo aber gern empfehlen.

Prima für die schnelle Erholung

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, obwohl die Vermieter nicht vor Ort waren. Ordentlich ausgestattete kleine Wohnung mit prima WLan (nicht ganz selbstverständlich auf Rügen) in ruhigem Haus mit mehreren FeWos. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge ins Inselinnere und nach Stralsund. Altefähr hat einen schönen Strand für jedes Wetter. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Wir haben die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss bewohnt (2 Erwachsenen u. 2 Kinder). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Den Innenhof kann man voll nutzen (Grill, Sandkasten, Rutsche, kostenlos Fahrrad ausleihen) Durch die Strandnähe und die schnell zu erreichende Schnellstraßenaffahrt optimal gelegen, um Rügen auf eigene Faust zu erkunden.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat. In Altefähr und von Altefähr aus kann man unglaublich viel unternehmen, sodass es nicht langweilig wurde (im Gegenteil) und so das „bescheidene Wetter“ eigentlich gar keine Rolle gespielt hat
