The Space:
After a fun-filled day of adventures out on the slopes, unwind at this charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome.

Relax in the family room with a beautiful sectional sofa and cozy armchair seating. Guests will admire the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace, as you stream your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV.

Step out onto the private outdoor patio, as you take in the beautiful mountain views, and gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sunset.

The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen available for guests, where you will have everything needed to prepare a delectable meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, while exchanging exciting stories of your day in Park City.

For a full night of uninterrupted sleep, the master suite, on the third floor, boasts a lovely king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The second floor has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with two twin-size beds, and a view of the family room through the windows. A shared full bathroom, around the corner from both rooms, is available on this floor with a shower/tub combo.

A full bathroom, on the main floor, is available for guests to share. Guests will also have access to a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, on the second level of the townhome.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, and 3 free parking spaces in the garage and driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This townhome is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 5-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options.

With Park City Town Lift within half a mile from the townhome, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District and the nearest ski lift is a short 5-minute FREE bus ride with the Rossi Hill stop on multiple routes just a few steps away from this lovely townhome. Park City Town Chair Lift located within half a mile from the entrance of this townhome, will bring you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs in the unit to access the upper-level floors of the townhome. Please note that the garage has low clearance and will fit only small cars. Trucks and more oversized vehicles can park in the driveway.

Easy access to DV ski area, walk to Main Street and get into and out of PC in minutes. Generally well appointed and well used DV condo. The photos give the impression of more space than actual with only two adults and two teenagers this is very tight. The rooms are small and become uncomfortable with more than two people using at any point in time. Combine this with the narrow and steep stairs so be sure your in ski or hiking shape. The property manager was slow to respond to a request to remove built up ice and snow impacting the driveway. The snow had been allowed to turn to ice and it made getting into the driveway extremely difficult. On our last night they sent someone to break it with picks and sledgehammers throwing the large blocks into the spillover parking making it unusable. Rent a 4-wheel drive in winter. Ideal for a couple to enjoy a long weekend or ski vacation but adding people will erode the fun and come prepared depending on weather conditions given location on steep hillside.

Perfect location to Deer Valley

This is a perfect condo for anyone skiing at Deer Valley. Very close to city bus stop. Very clean, and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Family ski vacation

We had a fantastic time in Park City and skiing several different resorts. This property was fantastic and perfect for our family of 5, including 3 in their twenties. It was very comfortable, well-appointed and awesome location to walk to Main Street. We hope to come back again next year.

Summer Park City 2022

Unit is well accommodated. Location is within easy walking distance to Main Street. 3 levels for the living spaces and a ground floor garage. Electric lock on front door and on garage door made access to the unit super easy. 3 full sized bathrooms is a plus when traveling with 4 adults! Master bedroom shower is very small, but the water pressure and temperature are terrific. Dual sinks in the master and 2nd floor bathroom were very useful. Main bathroom has a full sized shower/tub so it made getting ready for 4 adults a breeze. Balcony is nice, but the view is of apartments across the street with a mountain range in the distance. Overall the unit was great for what we were looking for for our summer trip. Rents should be aware that there are lots of stairs both internally and on the outside for this particular unit.
