Overall good experience. Cool property with nice gathering space / living room. This is not a true ski in ski out property especially with small children.

Utah Skiing and Bobsled Adventure

The unit was perfect for two couples. The location was 100 yds from the slopes - a short walk in ski boots. The living room was so very comfortable, particularly at end of day sitting in front of the fireplace. We had everything we needed and were absolutely delighted with our stay. I will stay here again on my next trip to Utah!

Nice comfortable condo

Nicely furnished and fully equipped condo, excellent for a Park City ski vacation. Everything was as advertised and the rental agent was very responsive to one question we had. There are numerous steps from the street to the condo but the cozy ness of the unit makes up for the steps.

Very Nice!

Very nice property. A little odd that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. We were unable to find how it’s possible to ski to the Silver Star chairlift. It was a short quarter-mile walk to the First Time lift. The property managers were very responsive. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good location, not a great kitchen, a little grungy and lacking in basics. Scheduled a cleaning mid-week and they showed up late right as we were returning from skiing which was totally inconvenient

Ski week

Well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Great location. Everyone loved the showers. And the management company was very helpful. The only things I would point out: 1. The laundry is a flight below, not in the unit. It wasn’t a big deal, just a little inconvenient. There is only one other unit in the building that shares it. 2. The “free ski rental” only applies to one person.

1451 Crescent Ridge

The condo was well appointed and recently updated. All 3 bathrooms and the kitchen were practically new. We had a great trip! Just a note that you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd bedroom. Not a problem for our teens, but might be awkward for a couple walking through to the shared bathroom. Also, there are ALOT of stairs to get into this condo. Three long flights from the garage to the door is quite a climb with luggage and groceries (and in ski boots). This would not be a good location for those with disabilities. I would not consider this a ski-in-out condo especially for beginning skiers. The run to ski down in the afternoon is a black/difficult slope. The bus stop is a five minute walk from the condo.

Spring Break

All in all, we had a great stay. The condo is convenient to the mountain. There is construction going on next door so the outside stairs up to the condo as well as the entry way in the building are dirty and unkept. Also, the laundry is in the basement and is shared...we were under the impression there was laundry in the unit. The area around the laundry was very unkept and workmen were using that space. The cleaning crew needs to clean more thoroughly...especially the floors. Lastly, the condo needs better lighting....it's very dark...just replace the lampshades with lighter ones and the issue will be solved. Overall, we had a great stay and the condo is the perfect location and very comfortable inside...just have the cleaning crew do a more thorough cleaning and specify in your description that the laundry is not in unit and is shared. Also, I would ask the building to make sure the entry way is cleaned regularly as this is the first impression to the condo. Just some suggestions....we really did enjoy ourselves and had awesome snow! I am sure summer and fall are stunning from the patio!

Park City

Nice location and easy to get to mountain. Well stocked kitchen. Wolf gas stove and plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware, etc. There are lots of spices and Rubbermaid containers to store food. In addition, they leave other stuff such as ketchup/mustard, etc. Three things to be aware of: 1. Master bedroom with bath. Second bedroom with bath has full/twin bunk and bath. Third bedroom - you have to go through the second bedroom to get to the third so if you have kids in the bunk room you have to be careful going through. Third bathroom is on the main floor so it is not connected with a bedroom. 2. Thermostat is in the main living room/dining room area. If you turn the heat in there above about 64 degrees, then the two connecting bedrooms are very to at night and the master bedroom is cold. I don't think can be fixed because it is due to the way the condo is designed. 3. Garage is good but it is small. Chrysler minivan went in only if both mirrors are turned in. The trash cans are in the garage and with the from of the minivan touching the trash can, there was only about 2" clearance for the garage door. A large SUV will not fit.

A bit of an overestimation

The property we rented was touted as a three bedroom three bathroom condo with ski in ski out access. Technically all are correct things, but only on their face. The ski in ski out access means to me that one can ski very near the door to the unit and be able to place skis down after only a short walk and be able to ski to that spot upon finishing for the day without having to get a ride home. This "short walk" was about 1/5 of a mile which is long in ski boots at the start of the day and even longer at the end of a day. As far as the three bedrooms goes, there are "three", but one is accessed by walking through the the other to get to the door. I think the place was a two bedroom that was converted to "three" by adding a wall. This alone was a problem with three adult couples, but the addition of the wall also caused a heat control problem where the two bedrooms were not able to be kept from being too hot once the door was closed to separate the rooms and to close off for sleeping. The doors had to be opened to allow heat to escape in the night when the thermostat had been set as low as 63 degrees for the rest of the unit. Overall, I cannot recommend this unit as either a ski in ski out or a three bedroom unit.

Modern luxury surroundings but bad first impression

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely comfortable high-end home that will allow you to skip the usual long winding drives to a ski resort! But pay attention to the notes in the comments, I'll get into that. The loss of 2 stars was over our initial problems with service: unclean conditions in one bathroom (obviously an oversight by cleaning crew as rest of house was spotless); broken coffee machine; weak-heat from outside grill; a broken glass tabletop that could have been dangerous if we had little ones; and lack of timely response to our needs that were ultimately addressed the next day after an angry email. Also be aware of following (confirming some details mentioned in previous comments): -the phone number given for help/questions is an answering service and it may take hours before you actually get a solution to your problem -the steps to the house are no joke. From ground level to the front door is at least a couple dozen steps at a 45 degree angle. Bringing in the suitcases was a workout. -the ski in & out is not perfect. You will likely have to walk up a short incline which is not exactly what you want to do after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Ski access was cut off for us due to a competition. -Laundry room is NOT your own. You share with another living space. No big deal but you may have to remove someone else's laundry to access the washer or dryer (which had a faulty door - need to lift it up as you close to get the latch to go into right place). -Garage space is tight. You share with two other cars. If you rent a car - go for a STANDARD not full size SUV if you can. Save yourself stress of squeezing into space. Our Armada did fit but only by an inch. Overall the space itself - especially the bathrooms - was awesome, with modern finishes and a full supply of toiletries and towels (you'll need to check drawers for towels). The master shower has a steam option, another bathroom had a jacuzzi, and the great room tv supplies Netflix, Amazon Prime, along with cable. Plus wifi worked really well - have had problems with that at other rentals. Finally, perhaps owner can figure this out - but the large chest beneath the TV in the master bedroom had this annoying jingle/shuffling noise everytime you stepped near it. Wonder if some shelf or something needs to be removed. It was very annoying hearing that 5x an hour as you walked around the bedroom.
