Location, location, location! Welcome to The Portico Townhomes. Enjoy Park City and Deer Valley in this bright mountain-side townhome. New paint, carpet and lighting for 2026! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this townhouse is the perfect combination of location and space. Portico is very centrally located, just past the Park City traffic circle. Ski both Park City and Deer Valley! It is a very short walk to Main Street, the Town Lift, or to the FREE citywide shuttle system.
