Ski Lift Across St! Near Main St.! On Golf Course -X-Country Ski! Priv. Hot Tub!
You will love Park City! We are thrilled to be the owners of this townhome in the Payday Complex! We are located on the golf course within Old Town. The Silver Star ski lift, the Silver Star Cafe ( live music TH, FRI and SAT) and hiking trails are right across the street! The free shuttle is across the driveway and will get you to Main St. in about 5-7 minutes.
Park City is as wonderful in the summer and fall as it is in the winter (we just installed three ductless mini split air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors). There is just so much to do here! If you enjoy being outdoors or spending a day in a spa, there are activities galore! Check out the funicular transporting you to the St. Regis Hotel for a drink with an overlook of Deer Valley Resort. Or explore Sundance Resort just 45 minutes away. Another favorite is taking a drive on Utah's Scenic Byway and hike and picnic at Mirror Lake. I could go on and on...it's a beautiful destination!!
Oh...and we installed a new half bath on the third floor and just installed new flooring and carpet throughout!

First floor has an ensuite queen sized Master bedroom. There is a travel crib in the closet. Another full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.
The second floor has a loft with two twin beds (the beds can be pushed together to form a king size bed) and an ensuite king sized master bedroom with balcony. There is also a twin tri-fold bed in the closet.
The third floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and one twin size bed. There is also a half bath.
In conclusion, in the town home there is one king-size, two queen-size, three twin-size, one twin-size tri-fold bed and a travel crib.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, condiments, etc.
The entrance to the condo is on the ground floor. The entire ground floor of the condo does not border any other units for maximum quiet and privacy.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: *Our rental rates are reasonable and are less than rates charged by commercial management companies. *You may cancel your booking up to 60 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, we will immediately put the unit up for rent again. If we are successful in rebooking you will receive your entire deposit back. During Christmas week you may cancel 7 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the lifts are open at Park City or Deer Valley, (only applies December 25th through January 1st). For the rest of the year, cancellations must be requested in an email. If we are unable to rent the property, your deposit will be forfeited to us with the exception of the Security Deposit and the Cleaning Fee which will be returned to you. If additional required payments are not made 30 days prior to arrival, owners will send you a reminder. If we do not get a response from you within a couple of days, we will cancel this contract and retain all monies paid by you.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. When we arrived, everything was prepared and stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen had plenty of spices, pots and pans, which made cooking easy for our family.All the mattresses were very confortable, and there were plenty of towels.
We had a fantastic time in Park City over the winter holiday. Location was fantastic and my family loved getting in the hot tub after a fun day of skiing. Would stay again!
Great location and tons to do. Condo delivered on all ends. Centrally located to town and the golf course and hiking. Debbie and Dan were very communicative and responsive to all questions. We will definitely be back.
Excellent location, lots of room in the house, hot tub was good. Small hick up when we checked in but owner jumped on it and was fixed immediately.Perfect central location to anything you want to explore and do.
This home was perfect for our group of friends but would also be great for a couple of families. The location was awesome being right across the street from the Silver Star ski lift, Park City Shuttle System, and the Silver Star Rental shop. We had three great days on the mountain!
Property was excellent and well stocked! The skiiers appreciated how close it was to the lift and the non skiiers were able to go to town to shop easily. Highly recommend! Deb was quick on response for all questions.
The property was fabulous and exactly what we needed for a winter wonderland stay with family. House was clean and well stocked, the hosts were kind and clear communicators, and the location could not have been better. Would absolutely return again.

Great property and location! This was our third year staying at the payday condominium complex and we have enjoyed it every time. Conveniently located close to the silver star lift provides easy access to the mountain without having to take the bus to the base. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, loved the private hot tub.
The owners were super responsive and helpful. The place is really close to park city ski resort and the main downtown. The shuttle system is great as well.
10/10. Hosts were great and the place was exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I have three adult boys and we are a very active family. We all love to ski, cross country ski, hike, play golf, travel and go boating and sailing. We have been looking for a second home for a few years now and we think Park City is about the best place on earth! Everything we enjoy is at our fingertips!
Why they chose this property
This property has it all! While it is in Old Town it is in a quieter neighborhood, yet you can hop on the Free Shuttle and be on Main Street, an old mining town, within a few minutes. Walk across the street to Silver Star lift and Silver Star Cafe. Cross country ski or golf out the back door onto the golf course. Catch the Free Shuttle at the end of the driveway! Central to everything you come to Park City to experience! The unit has an open floor plan for gatherings as well as privacy in the bedrooms and three full bathrooms and a new half bath. The washer and dryer add to the convenience. The living room has a fireplace which makes the living area a great place to gather after skiing or a fall hike. The home is well maintained with TLC! Perfect accommodations for families and friends!
What makes this property unique
When you see the view of the mountains and the golf course you will immediately know why we fell in love with this property. It is across the street from the ski lift and right on the golf course. We are in a more secluded part of Old Town but can get to Main Street easily and quickly on the Free Shuttle at the end of the driveway. It is a 10 minute ride to charming Main Street with all its great restaurants, shops, independent artisans and art galleries. The open floor plan and multiple decks make for several gathering spots as well as private sleeping areas. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. We love this year round resort, now considered the largest ski resort in North America!
